Prefabricated inner film support for air dome
The present invention relates to a prefabricated internal film support for an air dome. An internal film made of a reinforced polyethylene film manufactured by inserting a net between an inner film and an outer film made of polyethylene and affixing the inner and outer films into a dome shape, and an external film having a size larger than the internal film and made of a reinforced polyethylene film manufactured by inserting a net between an inner film and an outer film made of polyethylene and affixing the inner and outer films into a dome shape to be separated from the outside of the internal film by a prescribed distance and installed to be overlapped are prepared to couple and fix a bottom fixing unit of the internal film and the external film on a coupling unit of a foundation fixing unit arranged on the ground. A prescribed amount of air is filled between the internal film and the external film and inside the internal film. An entrance and an air-conditioning room are provided. A reinforcing net is coated on the surface of the external film. A wire rope is arranged on the surface to prevent the reinforcing net from being blown by a wind to form an air dome which fixes the lower end of the reinforcing net and the lower end of the wire rope on the foundation fixing unit. Internal film supports of an arch shape supporting the internal film are arranged at intervals of 3-4m along the inner surface of the internal film. The internal film support is formed into two segments having a prescribed length. For a fixing unit-side segment, a connector is intervened between division units with the fixing segment connected to an anchor bolt by arranging an attaching plate on the bottom fixing unit. The fixing unit-side segment is coupled by a pair of connection plates enclosing the division unit and the connector to be fastened by a bolt and a nut to be assembled and disassembled.
본 발명은 폴리에틸렌으로 된 외측필름과 내측필름 사이에 그물망을 넣고 내외측필름을 접합하여 제조한 보강폴리에틸렌필름을 돔형상으로 만든 내부막과 내부막 보다 규격이 더 크고, 폴리에틸렌으로 된 외측필름과 내측필름 사이에 그물망을 넣고 내외측필름을 접합하여 제조한 보강폴리에틸렌필름을 돔형상으로 만들어 내부막 외측에 일정간격을 두고, 중첩되게 설치하는 외부막을 준비하여 내부막과 외부막의 하단고정부를 지면에 배치한 기초고정부의 결합부에 결합하여 고정하고, 내부막과 외부막 사이 그리고 내부막의 실내에 일정량의 공기를 충진하고, 출입구와 공조실을 구비하며, 외부막 표면에 보강그물망을 피복하고, 보강그물막이 바람에 날리지 않도록 표면에 와이어로프를 배치하여 보강그물망의 하단부와 와이어로프의 하단부를 기초 고정부에 고정하는 에어돔을 형성하고, 내부막 내면을 따라 3~4m 간격에 내부막을 받쳐주는 아치형상의 내부막받침구를 배치하는 것에 있어서, 내부막받침구는 일정길이를 가지는 두개의 분할체로 형성하여 고정부쪽 분할체는 하단고정부에 부착판을 배치하여 앙카볼트에 고정분할체가 연결되는 분할부 사이에 연결자를 개입하고, 분할부와 연결자를 감싸는 한쌍의 연결판으로 결합하여 볼트와 너트로 체결하여 분해조립이 가능하게 구성함을 특징으로 한 에어돔용 조립식 내부막받침구이다.
