PHC PHC PHC pile construction method using joint PHC pile and detachable auxiliary pile
The present invention provides a construction method of a PHC pile using a joining PHC pile and a detachable auxiliary pile which can couple a plurality of auxiliary piles to construct a PHC pile if a construction site is narrow and an excavation depth is deep, insert the PHC pile without damage and collapse of a drilling hole, and guarantee safety without detachment when lifting the PHC pile. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the construction method of a PHC pile using a joining PHC pile and a detachable auxiliary pile comprises: (a) a step of fixing and installing a casing guide on the ground, and constructing a drilling hole of a prescribed depth through the casing guide; (b) a step of joining a PHC pile and a joining PHC pile by welding, connecting an auxiliary pile to the PHC pile, and then lifting the auxiliary pile to pass through the casing guide to insert the PHC pile into the drilling hole; (c) a step of lightly striking the auxiliary pile and then inserting a steel frame column through the auxiliary pile to support the steel frame column on the joining PHC pile; (d) a step of injecting a filling material into the joining PHC pile to combine the steel frame column with the joining PHC pile; and (e) a step of detaching and drawing the auxiliary pile from the joining PHC pile after the filling material is cured, and backfilling the drilling hole with soil.
본 발명은 보조항이 복수개 이상으로 결합가능하도록 하여 PHC 파일을 시공부지가 좁고 굴착심도가 깊은 경우에 시공할 수 있고, 천공홀의 붕괴 및 파손없이 PHC 파일의 관입이 가능하며, PHC 파일의 인양시 이탈없는 안전성이 보장되도록 한 이음용 PHC파일과 착탈식 보조항을 이용한 PHC 파일의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 이음용 PHC파일과 착탈식 보조항을 이용한 PHC 파일의 시공 방법은, (a) 지반에 케이싱 가이드를 고정 설치해 놓고, 케이싱 가이드를 통해 일정 깊이의 천공홀을 시공하는 단계와; (b) PHC 파일과 이음용 PHC 파일을 용접으로 접합시켜 놓고, 보조항을 이음용 PHC 파일에 연결한 후 인양하여 케이싱 가이드를 삽통시켜서 천공홀에 PHC 파일을 근입시켜 놓는 단계와; (c) 보조항을 경타한 후, 보조항 내부를 통해 철골기둥을 삽입하여 이음용 PHC 파일에 지지시켜 놓는 단계와; (d) 이음용 PHC 파일의 내부에 충진재를 주입하여 철골기둥을 이음용 PHC 파일에 합성시켜 놓는 단계와; (e) 충진재의 양생 후 보조항을 이음용 PHC 파일에서 해체 인발하고, 천공홀에 토사로 홀 되메우기를 하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
