The present invention relates to a brush speed-controllable electric cleaning vehicle. A purpose of the present invention is to provide a brush speed-controllable electric cleaning vehicle formed to automatically control the rotation speed of a brush by dealing with the driving speed of the vehicle. To achieve the purpose, the electric cleaning vehicle, including a suctioning device, a brush, a cyclone dust collector, an electric dust collector and a blower, includes: a self-generation system operated by receiving power from a driving shaft of the vehicle; a speed detector detecting rpm of the driving shaft; and a controller increasing and decreasing a motor rotation speed of the brush in proportion to the rpm of the driving shaft detected by the speed detector, wherein the brush comprises two front brushes installed on both left and right sides of a bottom part of the front of the vehicle, and two rear brushes installed on both left and right sides of a bottom part of the rear of the vehicle, and the suctioning device comprises a scattering dust suction nozzle placed to suction dust scattered by the rotation of the front brushes from the front brushes installed on the left and right sides of the vehicle and the back of a space between the front brushes, and a floor suction nozzle installed in the bottom part of the rear of the vehicle to collect rubbish from a road surface collected in the center part of the vehicle by the front and rear brushes while housing the rear brushes therein.
본 발명은 브러쉬 속도조절형 전기청소차에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 차량의 주행속도에 대응하여 브러쉬의 회전속도가 자동으로 조절되도록 이루어진 브러쉬 속도조절형 전기청소차를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 흡입장치와 브러쉬와 사이클론 집진기와 전기 집진기 및 블로워를 포함하는 전기청소차에 있어서, 차량의 구동축으로부터 동력을 전달받아 작동하는 자가발전시스템; 상기 구동축의 회전수를 감지하는 속도검출기; 및 상기 속도검출기에서 검출되는 구동축의 회전수에 비례하여 브러쉬의 모터 회전속도를 증감시키는 제어기;를 포함하되, 상기 브러쉬는, 차량의 전방 하단부 좌우 양측에 설치된 2개의 전방 브러쉬와, 차량의 후방 하단부 좌우 양측에 설치된 2개의 후방 브러쉬로 구성되고, 상기 흡입장치는, 차량의 좌우측에 설치된 전방 브러쉬와 전방 브러쉬의 사이공간 뒤쪽에서 전방 브러쉬의 회전에 의해 비산되는 먼지를 흡입하도록 배치된 비산먼지 흡입노즐과, 상기 후방 브러쉬를 내부에 수용한 채로 전방 브러쉬와 후방 브러쉬에 의해 차량의 중심부로 모아진 노면의 쓰레기를 수거하도록 차량의 후방 하단부에 설치된 바닥 흡입노즐로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬 속도조절형 전기청소차를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a brush speed-controllable electric cleaning vehicle.
