CEMEMNT CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND REPAIRING METHOD FOR ROAD PAVEMENT THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a cement concrete composition with improved performance and a road pavement repair method using the cement concrete composition with improved performance. The cement concrete composition with improved performance comprises 3 to 40 wt% of a performance improving binder, wherein the performance improving binder includes 10 to 70 wt% of mixed cement mixed with Portland cement and microcement having a fineness of 6,000 cm^2/g or more. In the mixed cement, the micro cement having a fineness of 6,000 cm^2/g or more contains 50 to 400 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the normal Portland cement. The powder particles of the mixed cement satisfy 1.50 <= D90/D50 <= 1.55 in particle size distribution, and the standard deviation (σ) of the total powder particle size of the mixed cement satisfies 1.0 μm <= σ <= 3.0 μm. Accordingly, the cement concrete composition with improved performance can improve workablility, constructability, toughness, bond strength, and durability by using the performance improving binder.
본 발명은 성능 개선 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물로서, 성능 개선 결합재 3∼40 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 성능 개선 결합재는, 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트와 분말도 6,000 ㎠/g 이상의 마이크로 시멘트를 혼합한 혼합 시멘트 10∼70 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 혼합 시멘트에서 상기 분말도 6,000 ㎠/g 이상의 마이크로 시멘트는 상기 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 100 중량부에 대하여 50 중량부 내지 400 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 혼합 시멘트의 분말 입자는 입도 분포(Particle Size Distribution)에 있어서, 1.50 ≤D90/D50≤ 1.55를 만족하며, 상기 혼합 시멘트의 전체 분말 입자 입경의 표준 편차(σ)는 1.0 μm ≤σ≤ 3.0 μm를 만족하는 성능 개선 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물 및 성능 개선 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물을 이용한 도로 포장 보수 공법을 제공한다.
