Building insulation drainage
The present invention relates to an insulation drainage panel for architecture, which is buried in an underground floor panel to drain underground water introduced from the fundamental ground, comprising: a lower drainage panel member made of synthetic resin materials for blocking water introduced from the ground surface, and having a large number of support pillars formed on a plate having a certain size at regular intervals; an upper drainage panel member made of synthetic resin materials for blocking the water introduced from the ground surface, and having a large number of support pillars on a plate having the same size as that of the lower drainage panel member at regular intervals; and an insulation member inserted into the part between the lower drainage panel member and the upper drainage panel member to insulate the lower drainage panel member and the upper drainage panel member. The upper drainage panel member and the lower drainage panel member block the floor surface of an underground parking lot against the ground surface, prevent the water from gathering on the floor surface of the underground parking lot, and prevent the water on the floor surface of the underground parking lot from permeating into the ground surface. In addition, the insulation member is engaged with the part between the two drainage panel members, so the ground surface or the floor surface is kept insulated from each other, thereby preventing damage to or breakage of the floor surface.
건축용 단열 배수판에 관한 것으로, 지하 바닥판에 매립 설치되어 기초지반으로부터 유입되는 지하수를 배수시키는 건축용 단열 배수판으로서, 지면으로부터 유입되는 물을 차단시킬 수 있도록 합성수지 재질로 이루어지며, 소정의 크기를 갖는 플레이트에 일정 간격으로 다수의 지지기둥이 형성된 하부배수판부재; 지면으로부터 유입되는 물을 치단시킬 수 있도록 합성수지 재질로 이루어지며, 상기 하부배수판부재와 동일한 크기를 갖는 플레이트에 일정 간격으로 다수의 지지기둥이 형성된 상부배수판부재; 상기 하부배수판부재와 상기 상부배수판부재 사이에 끼워지며, 상기 하부배수판부재와 상기 상부배수판부재를 단열시킬 수 있는 단열 재질로 이루어지는 단열재부재;를 마련하여 상부배수판부재와 하부배수판부재에 의해 지하 주차장의 바닥면과 지면을 차단시켜 지하 주차장 바닥면에 물이 고이지 않도록 하며, 지하 주차장 바닥면의 물이 지면으로 스며들지 않게 하고, 배수판부재 사이에 단열재부재가 결합되어 있어 지면 또는 바닥면을 서로 단열시킨 상태로 유지하여 바닥면의 손상이나 파손을 방지할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
