The present invention relates to a fire door assembly. In accordance with the present invention, the fire door assembly comprises: a door frame which includes an upper frame and a lower frame, which are constructed on an upper side and a lower side of an entrance, and a first side frame and a second side frame constructed on one side and the other side of the entrance; and a fire door in which an upper side and a lower side of a front surface connected to the other side are rotatably connected to the upper frame and the lower frame by the medium of an upper pivot hinge member and a lower pivot hinge member so that an opening area formed by the door frame can be opened/closed. On the other side of the fire door and the second side frame facing the other side of the fire door, formed are an escape prevention bump and an escape prevention groove are formed so that the other side of the fire door cannot escape from the second side frame even if the fire door transforms itself by thermal expansion when a fire occurs. The escape prevention bump is inserted into the escape prevention groove when the opening area formed by the door frame by the fire door is closed, and is taken out from the escape prevention groove when the opening area formed by the door frame is opened. The present invention aims to provide a fire door assembly which is able to avoid escaping from a door frame even if a fire door transforms itself by thermal expansion when a fire occurs.
개시되는 방화문 조립체는, 출입구의 상부 및 하부에 시공되는 상부 및 하부 프레임과, 출입구의 일측 및 타측에 시공되는 제 1 및 제 2 측면 프레임을 가지는 문틀 프레임; 및 문틀 프레임이 형성하는 개방 영역을 개폐 가능하도록 타측과 이어지는 전면 상부 및 하부가 상부 및 하부 피봇 힌지 부재를 매개로 상부 및 하부 프레임에 선회 가능하게 연결되는 방화문;을 포함하며, 방화문의 타측 및 방화문의 타측과 마주하는 제 2 측면 프레임에는 화재 발생 시 방화문이 열 팽창하여 변형되더라도 방화문의 타측이 제 2 측면 프레임에서 이탈되지 않게 하는 이탈방지돌기 및 이탈방지홈이 형성되되, 이탈방지돌기는 방화문에 의한 문틀 프레임이 형성하는 개방 영역 폐쇄 시 이탈방지홈에 삽입되고, 문틀 프레임이 형성하는 개방 영역 개방 시 이탈방지홈에서 인출된다.
The present invention relates to a fire door assembly.
