The present invention relates to a beam mold for dismantlement, capable of having excellent manufacturing efficiency and facilitating the dismantlement of a mold due to the feasibility of application to various beam sizes by forming a side plate or a lower plate of a beam mold with a plurality of units while combining adjacent units by coupling an outward bent combination piece with a coupling member. In accordance with the present invention, the beam mold for dismantlement comprises: a lower plate forming a lower side of a beam; side plates formed by connecting a plurality of side plate units in a vertical direction, and combined with upper parts on both sides of the lower plate, respectively; a stirrup fixing plate provided between the side plate units which are vertically adjacent to each other; and stirrups provided in the lower plate and the side plates to be fixed to the stirrup fixing plate. The side plate units have first combination pieces provided in the top and bottom thereof to be horizontally bent outward, to be combined with first combination pieces of vertically adjacent side plate units through coupling members. The stirrup fixing plate comprises: a fixing piece provided inside the side plates in a longitudinal direction of the beam and having an insertion groove into which the stirrups are inserted and fixed; and a plurality of coupling pieces formed on one side of the fixing piece to be projected apart from each other, and inserted between the first combination pieces of the vertically adjacent side plate units to be fixed to the first combination pieces through the coupling members.
본 발명은 복수 개의 유니트로 보 거푸집의 측면판 또는 하부판을 구성하되 이웃하는 유니트는 외측으로 절곡되는 결합편을 체결부재를 체결하여 결합함으로써, 다양한 보 크기에 적용 가능하여 제작 효율이 우수하고 거푸집의 해체가 용이한 해체용 보 거푸집에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 보의 하부면을 형성하는 하부판; 복수의 측면판유니트를 수직 방향으로 연결하여 구성되는 것으로 상기 하부판의 양측 상부에 각각 결합되는 측면판; 상하로 이웃하는 측면판유니트 사이에 구비되는 스터럽 고정플레이트; 및 상기 하부판과 측면판의 내부에 구비되어 상기 스터럽 고정플레이트에 고정되는 스터럽; 으로 구성되되, 상기 측면판유니트는 상하단에 외측으로 수평 절곡된 제1결합편이 구비되어 상하로 이웃하는 측면판유니트의 제1결합편과 체결부재에 의해 결합되고, 상기 스터럽 고정플레이트는 상기 측면판의 내측에 보의 길이 방향으로 구비되는 것으로 상기 스터럽이 삽입되어 고정되는 삽입홈이 형성되는 고정편 및 복수 개가 상기 고정편의 일측에 상호 이격되도록 돌출 형성되는 것으로 상하로 이웃하는 측면판유니트의 제1결합편 사이에 삽입되어 상기 체결부재로 제1결합편에 고정되는 체결편으로 구성된다.

The present invention relates to a beam mold for dismantlement, capable of having excellent manufacturing efficiency and facilitating the dismantlement of a mold due to the feasibility of application to various beam sizes by forming a side plate or a lower plate of a beam mold with a plurality of units while combining adjacent units by coupling an outward bent combination piece with a coupling member. In accordance with the present invention, the beam mold for dismantlement comprises: a lower plate forming a lower side of a beam; side plates formed by connecting a plurality of side plate units in a vertical direction, and combined with upper parts on both sides of the lower plate, respectively; a stirrup fixing plate provided between the side plate units which are vertically adjacent to each other; and stirrups provided in the lower plate and the side plates to be fixed to the stirrup fixing plate. The side plate units have first combination pieces provided in the top and bottom thereof to be horizontally bent outward, to be combined with first combination pieces of vertically adjacent side plate units through coupling members. The stirrup fixing plate comprises: a fixing piece provided inside the side plates in a longitudinal direction of the beam and having an insertion groove into which the stirrups are inserted and fixed; and a plurality of coupling pieces formed on one side of the fixing piece to be projected apart from each other, and inserted between the first combination pieces of the vertically adjacent side plate units to be fixed to the first combination pieces through the coupling members.
본 발명은 복수 개의 유니트로 보 거푸집의 측면판 또는 하부판을 구성하되 이웃하는 유니트는 외측으로 절곡되는 결합편을 체결부재를 체결하여 결합함으로써, 다양한 보 크기에 적용 가능하여 제작 효율이 우수하고 거푸집의 해체가 용이한 해체용 보 거푸집에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 보의 하부면을 형성하는 하부판; 복수의 측면판유니트를 수직 방향으로 연결하여 구성되는 것으로 상기 하부판의 양측 상부에 각각 결합되는 측면판; 상하로 이웃하는 측면판유니트 사이에 구비되는 스터럽 고정플레이트; 및 상기 하부판과 측면판의 내부에 구비되어 상기 스터럽 고정플레이트에 고정되는 스터럽; 으로 구성되되, 상기 측면판유니트는 상하단에 외측으로 수평 절곡된 제1결합편이 구비되어 상하로 이웃하는 측면판유니트의 제1결합편과 체결부재에 의해 결합되고, 상기 스터럽 고정플레이트는 상기 측면판의 내측에 보의 길이 방향으로 구비되는 것으로 상기 스터럽이 삽입되어 고정되는 삽입홈이 형성되는 고정편 및 복수 개가 상기 고정편의 일측에 상호 이격되도록 돌출 형성되는 것으로 상하로 이웃하는 측면판유니트의 제1결합편 사이에 삽입되어 상기 체결부재로 제1결합편에 고정되는 체결편으로 구성된다.
