The present invention relates to a fixing device for installing an exterior panel for a building and an exterior panel structure. The fixing device for installing an exterior panel is joined to an exterior panel for a building while mounted on a support pipe fixed to an external wall of a building to be able to adjust a location thereof to enable the exterior panel to cover the external wall of the building. The fixing device of the present invention comprises: a link bracket mounted on the support pipe to be able to slidingly move in a lengthwise direction of the support pipe and joined to the exterior panel; and a heat conduction blocking member surrounding the link bracket to keep the link bracket apart from the exterior panel, thereby blocking heat from being transferred from the exterior panel to the link bracket. Accordingly, the fixing device for installing an exterior panel for a building makes construction of the exterior panel for the support pipe which provides support force, and additionally, blocks the path for heat transfer between the exterior panel and the support pipe, thereby providing excellent heat blocking performance.
본 발명은 건축용 외장패널 설치용 고정장치 및 외장패널 구조체에 관한 것이다. 외장패널 설치용 고정장치는, 건물 외벽에 고정된 지지파이프에 위치조절 가능하게 장착된 상태로 건축용 외장패널과 결합하여, 외장패널이 건물 외벽을 커버하게 하는 것으로서, 상기 지지파이프에, 지지파이프의 길이방향으로 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 장착되며 상기 외장패널과 결합하는 링크브라켓과; 상기 링크브라켓을 감싸 링크브라켓과 외장패널을 띄움으로써, 외장패널에서 링크브라켓으로 열이 전도되는 것을 차단하는 열전도차단부재를 구비한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 건축용 외장패널 설치용 고정장치는, 지지력을 제공하는 지지파이프에 대한 외장패널의 시공이 매우 간단하며, 또한, 외장패널과 지지파이프 사이의 열유동 경로가 차단되므로 양호한 차열 능력을 갖는다.
