The present invention relates to a smart cover for a boundary stone, which comprises: a cover body mounted to cover all or a part of an upper surface and a side surface of a boundary stone; a power generation unit including a solar cell mounted on one side of the cover body to convert sunlight into electrical energy; a light emitting unit mounted on one side of the cover body to receive power from the power generation unit to be turned on, and to display road information; and a sensing unit which is mounted on one side of the cover body and is connected to the power generation unit and the light emitting unit, and transmits a signal for lighting to the light emitting unit according to illuminance. The smart cover for the boundary stone is installed on an existing boundary stone such as child protection areas, firefighting facilities, no parking areas or roundabouts to increase the visibility of a driver and a pedestrian and provide information about the corresponding area.
본 발명은 도로경계석의 상면 및 측면의 전부 또는 일부를 덮도록 장착되는 커버 본체; 상기 커버 본체의 일측에 장착되어 태양광을 전기 에너지로 변환시키는 솔라셀을 포함하는 발전부; 상기 커버 본체의 일측에 장착되어 상기 발전부로부터 전원을 공급받아 점등되며, 도로 정보를 표시하는 발광부; 및 상기 커버 본체의 일측에 장착되어 상기 발전부 및 상기 발광부와 연결되고, 조도에 따라 상기 발광부에 점등을 위한 신호를 전달하는 감지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 어린이보호구역, 소방시설, 주정차금지구역 또는 회전교차로 등의 기존 경계석에 설치하여 운전자나 보행자의 시인성을 높이고 해당 지역의 정보를 제공할 수 있음은 물론, 하자 발생시 유지보수가 간편한 스마트 도로경계석 커버에 관한 것이다.
