Hollow slab structure using corrugated steel pipe and corrugated steel plate
The present invention relates to a hollow slab structure using a corrugated steel pipe and a corrugated steel plate. In a corrugated steel plate structure (10) formed in a floor plate shape by successively engaging a plurality of wall bodies (100) installed at regular intervals with wavy-formed bent corrugated steel plates (200) having mountain units (210) and valley units (220) so that both end units can be respectively engaged with the plurality of wall bodies (100), bolt holes (230) are formed at regular intervals on the mountain units (210) of the corrugated steel plates (200), and corrugated steel pipes (300) are placed on an upper side of the valley units (220). U-bolts (400) engage them by being inserted into the bolt holes (230) formed on the mountain units (210) on both sides of the valley units (220) with the corrugated steel pipes (300) while the outer circumferential surface of the corrugated steel pipes (300) placed on an upper side of the valley units (220) is being surrounded. In addition, concrete (500) is placed on an upper side of the corrugated steel pipes (300) fixed on the corrugated steel plates (200) and is hardened. The present invention aims to provide a hollow slab structure using a corrugated steel pipe and a corrugated steel plate, which is able to have an excellent structural strength.
본 발명은 상호 간격을 두고 설치된 복수의 벽체(100)와 상기 복수의 벽체(100)에 양단부가 각각 결합될 수 있도록 산부(210)와 골부(220)를 갖는 물결모양의 벤딩된 파형강판(200)을 연속적으로 결합하여 바닥판 형태로 형성되는 파형강판구조물(10)에 있어서, 상기 파형강판구조물의 파형강판(200) 산부(210)에 일정한 간격으로 볼트 홀(230)을 형성하며, 상기 골부(220) 상부에 파형강관(300)을 배치하고, 상기 골부(220) 상부에 배치된 파형강관(300)의 외주면을 감싸면서 상기 파형강관(300)이 배치되는 골부(220) 양측의 산부(210)에 형성된 볼트 홀(230)에 삽입되는 U볼트(400)로 결합하며, 또한, 상기 파형강판(200)에 고정된 파형강관(300)의 상부에 콘크리트(500)를 타설하여 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형강관과 파형강판을 이용하는 중공슬래브 구조물을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a hollow slab structure using a corrugated steel pipe and a corrugated steel plate.
