The present invention relates to a gas spring for a tailgate spindle drive. A spindle drive of a tailgate has an in-housing slidably coupled to an out-housing, and can be extended and contracted by operations of a spindle, a spindle nut, and a spindle tube sequentially provided therein by the drive of a drive motor connected to one end of the out-housing to open and close a tailgate of a vehicle body. The spindle drive includes: a rotation support unit including a spindle concentrically provided on the out-housing and in the middle thereof, and a motor bracket fixed on an end of the out-housing to transfer the torque of a drive motor to the spindle; a rotation support unit including a motor bracket fixing a drive motor rotating and operating the spindle on an end of the out-housing; a drive motor directly connected to the spindle of the motor bracket to provide driving power, and detachably connected to and installed on the motor bracket; and an extension/contraction support unit having a spindle tube including a spindle nut fastened to the spindle on an end thereof and the in-housing slid and coupled to the out-housing and concentrically provided in the middle of the in-housing. The gas spring for a tailgate spindle drive can minimize the power consumption of the drive motor and quickly open and close the tailgate through quick length extension and contraction.
본 발명은 테일게이트의 스핀들 드라이브에 관한 것으로, OUT하우징에 IN하우징이 활주 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 OUT하우징의 일 단부에 연결되는 구동모터의 구동에 의해 내부에 순차적으로 구비된 스핀들, 스핀들너트, 스핀들튜브의 작동으로 신축 가능하게 구성되어 차체의 테일게이트를 개폐하는 테일게이트의 스핀들 드라이브에 있어서, 상기 스핀들 드라이브는 상기 OUT하우징 및 중앙에 동심으로 구비되는 스핀들과, 상기 OUT하우징의 단부에 고정 구비되어 상기 스핀들에 구동모터의 회전력을 전달하는 모터브라켓을 포함하는 회전지지부와; 상기 스핀들을 회전 작동시키는 구동모터를 상기 OUT하우징의 단부에 고정시키는 모터브라켓을 포함하는 회전지지부와; 상기 모터브라켓의 스핀들에 직결되어 구동력을 제공하고, 상기 모터브라켓에 착탈 가능하게 연결 설치되는 구동모터와; 상기 OUT하우징에 활주 결합되는 IN하우징과, 단부에 상기 스핀들에 대응 체결되는 스핀들너트를 포함하는 스핀들튜브가 상기 IN하우징의 중앙에 동심으로 구비되는 신축지지부로 구성되어 구동모터의 전력소모를 최소화하면서 신속한 길이 신장을 통해 테일게이트의 신속한 개폐를 수행할 수 있는 테일게이트 스핀들 드라이브용 가스스프링에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a gas spring for a tailgate spindle drive. A spindle drive of a tailgate has an in-housing slidably coupled to an out-housing, and can be extended and contracted by operations of a spindle, a spindle nut, and a spindle tube sequentially provided therein by the drive of a drive motor connected to one end of the out-housing to open and close a tailgate of a vehicle body. The spindle drive includes: a rotation support unit including a spindle concentrically provided on the out-housing and in the middle thereof, and a motor bracket fixed on an end of the out-housing to transfer the torque of a drive motor to the spindle; a rotation support unit including a motor bracket fixing a drive motor rotating and operating the spindle on an end of the out-housing; a drive motor directly connected to the spindle of the motor bracket to provide driving power, and detachably connected to and installed on the motor bracket; and an extension/contraction support unit having a spindle tube including a spindle nut fastened to the spindle on an end thereof and the in-housing slid and coupled to the out-housing and concentrically provided in the middle of the in-housing.
