Disclosed are a device and a method for repairing a pipeline. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the device for repairing a pipeline comprises: an expansion member in which a repair material repairing a damaged portion of a pipeline is coupled to a circumference, and which receives fluid to be expanded; a pair of fitting members which are disposed on each of both sides of the expansion member inside the expansion member to be coupled to the expansion member; a rotary member which is connected to a rotational shaft coupled to the fitting member to provide rotational force; a guide member which is coupled to the rotary member and is provided to be contracted and expanded; and a driving member which is coupled to be attached to and detached from the guide member, is moved inside the pipeline along the pipeline, and is closely attached to the pipeline to support the guide member. The expansion member, where the repair material is coupled, is wound around a circumference of the fitting member by rotation of the rotary member.
관로 보수 장치 및 공법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 관로 보수 장치는, 관로의 손상 부위를 보수하는 보수재가 둘레에 결합되고, 유체를 공급받아 팽창하는 팽창부재; 팽창부재의 내측에서 팽창부재의 양측에 각각 배치되어 팽창부재에 결합되는 한 쌍의 감합부재; 감합부재에 결합된 회전축에 연결되어 회전력을 제공하는 회전부재; 회전부재에 결합되며, 수축과 팽창이 가능하게 마련되는 가이드부재; 및 가이드부재에 착탈가능하게 결합되며, 관로를 따라 관로 내부를 이동하고 관로에 밀착되어 가이드부재를 지지하는 주행부재를 포함하며, 회전부재의 회전에 의해 보수재가 결합된 팽창부재가 감합부재의 둘레에 감기는 것을 특징으로 한다.
