Interior finishing materials for indoor buildings and construction methods using the same
The present invention relates to interior finish materials for indoors of buildings and construction method using the same. The construction method comprises: a first step of forming a mixture by mixing herb extract, yellow soil powder, and white soil powder; a second step of heating the mixture at 100-500℃, putting the mixture in a mold, naturally cooling the mold, and pressurizing and molding the mold by a press machine at 20-30℃ of temperature and 1-2 atmosphere of pressure; a third step of drying the molded product extracted by the second step, plasticizing the molded product, and acquiring a finish material base; a fourth step of coating one surface or both surfaces of the finish material base acquired by the third step with an flame-retardant composition made by mixing propylene glycol, magnesium hydroxide, and aluminum hydroxide, and forming a paint layer; and a fifth step of drying the finish material base coated with the paint layer, which is acquired by the fourth step, and completing the finish material. Accordingly, the present invention is able to show an excellent flexibility, be strong against an impact, provide a sufficient flame retardancy performance, discharge no hazardous substances to be safe to the human body, improve durability and processability, and increase the interior effects for the indoors.
본 발명은 건축물 실내용 인테리어 마감재 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 허브 추출액, 황토 분말, 백토 분말을 혼합한 혼합물을 형성하는 1단계; 상기 혼합물을 100~500℃로 가열한 후 몰드에 넣고, 자연 냉각시켜 20~30℃의 온도, 압력 1~2 기압 하에서 프레스기로 가압 성형하는 2단계; 상기 2단계에서 취출된 성형물을 건조시킨 후 소성가공하여 마감재 베이스를 수득하는 3단계; 상기 3단계에서 수득된 마감재 베이스의 일면 또는 양면에 프로필렌글리콜과 수산화마그네슘, 수산화알루미늄이 혼합된 난연성 조성물을 코팅시켜 도막층을 형성하는 4단계; 상기 4단계에서 수득된 도막층이 코팅된 마감재 베이스를 건조기에서 건조시켜서 마감재를 완성하는 5단계;를 포함하여 구성된다.이에 따르면, 우수한 유연성을 나타내며 충격에 강하고, 난연성능이 충족될 수 있고, 인체에 유해하지 않도록 유해물질의 방출이 없으며, 내구성과 가공성이 향상될 수 있어 실내용 인테리어 효과가 증대될 수 있다.
