SUBMERSIBLE PUMP AND PUMP GATE EQUIPPED WITH IT
The present invention relates to a submersible pump and a pump gate having the same. The submersible pump comprises: a suction casing (10); a discharge casing (20) coupled and connected to the upper portion of the suction casing (10); an impeller (30) positioned inside the suction casing (10); a rotary shaft (40) for rotating the impeller (30); a seal chamber (50) installed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft (40); a mechanical seal (60) interposed between the rotary shaft (40) and the seal chamber (50) and positioned inside the seal chamber (50); an oil seal (70) interposed between the rotary shaft (40) and the seal chamber (50) and positioned outside the seal chamber (50); and a wear ring (80) installed on the inner circumferential surface of the suction casing (10) and positioned to correspond to the impeller (30). A reinforcing seal part (56) for airtight maintenance is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the seal chamber (50) positioned between the mechanical seal (60) and the oil seal (70). Accordingly, it is possible to improve the functionality and usability of the submersible pump and the pump gate having the same.
본 발명은 수중펌프 및 이를 구비한 펌프게이트에 관한 것으로서, 흡입케이싱(10); 흡입케이싱(10)의 상부에 연통 결합되는 토출케이싱(20); 흡입케이싱(10)의 내부에 위치하는 임펠러(30); 임펠러(30)를 회전시키는 회전샤프트(40); 회전샤프트(40)의 외주면에 설치되는 씰챔버(50); 회전샤프트(40) 및 씰챔버(50)에 개재되어, 씰챔버(50)의 내부에 위치하는 메커니컬씰(60); 회전샤프트(40) 및 씰챔버(50)에 개재되어, 씰챔버(60)의 외부에 위치하는 오일씰(70); 상기 흡입케이싱(10)의 내주면에 설치되어, 상기 임펠러(30)와 대응 위치하는 웨어링(80)을 포함하며, 메커니컬씰(60) 및 오일씰(70) 사이에 위치한 씰챔버(50)의 내주면에 기밀유지를 위한 보강씰부(56)가 구비되어 있다. 이에 따라, 수중펌프 및 이를 구비한 펌프게이트의 기능성 및 사용성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a submersible pump and a pump gate having the same. The submersible pump comprises: a suction casing (10); a discharge casing (20) coupled and connected to the upper portion of the suction casing (10); an impeller (30) positioned inside the suction casing (10); a rotary shaft (40) for rotating the impeller (30); a seal chamber (50) installed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft (40); a mechanical seal (60) interposed between the rotary shaft (40) and the seal chamber (50) and positioned inside the seal chamber (50); an oil seal (70) interposed between the rotary shaft (40) and the seal chamber (50) and positioned outside the seal chamber (50); and a wear ring (80) installed on the inner circumferential surface of the suction casing (10) and positioned to correspond to the impeller (30). A reinforcing seal part (56) for airtight maintenance is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the seal chamber (50) positioned between the mechanical seal (60) and the oil seal (70). Accordingly, it is possible to improve the functionality and usability of the submersible pump and the pump gate having the same.
