EL Electro-luminescence road sign blocking heat
The present invention relates to an electro-luminescence (EL) road sign with a heat blocking function, which comprises: a plate-shaped plate; an insulation tape attached to a front surface of the plate and suppressing the conduction of the heat of the plate toward the front surface; an EL sheet attached to an upper side of the insulation tape and emitting light by an applied AC power; and a driving electric wire applying the AC power to the EL sheet. The insulation tape has a wiring channel which is formed by perforating along a power supply path for supplying the AC power. The wiring channel has a width which is greater than that of the driving electric wire. The driving electric wire is placed along the wiring channel. Accordingly, the present invention is able to use the EL sheet which emits light. The EL road sign is easily identified both day and night, and is thin and light, and can be easily installed and controlled. The EL road sign blocks the heat transferred to the EL sheet, so the deformation and exfoliation of the EL sheet by heat can be prevented, thereby improving durability.
본 발명에 따른, 차열기능을 구비한 EL 도로표지판은, 판형상의 플레이트; 상기 플레이트의 전면에 부착되고, 상기 플레이트의 열이 전면으로 전도되는 것을 억제하는 단열테이프; 상기 단열테이프 위에 부착되고, 인가되는 교류전원에 의하여 발광하도록 구성된 EL시트; 및 상기 EL시트에 상기 교류전원을 인가하는 구동전선을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 단열테이프에는 상기 교류전원을 공급하는 급전경로를 따라 상기 구동전선의 폭 이상의 폭을 가진 배선채널이 타공되어 형성되며, 상기 구동전선은 상기 배선채널을 따라 배선되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은, 자체발광하는 EL시트를 이용하여, 주간 및 야간에도 식별이 용이하고 얇고 가벼워서 설치 및 관리가 용이할 뿐 아니라, EL시트로 전달되는 열을 차단하여 열에 의한 EL시트의 변형 및 박리를 방지하여 내구성을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
