Waterproof anti-rust construction method using waterproof anti-dust sheet and reinforcement of anti-rust joint woven with copper fiber
The present invention relates to a waterproof anti-root construction method using a waterproof anti-root sheet and an anti-root bonding unit reinforcing member woven with copper fiber. A self-attachment waterproof sheet of an asphalt compound with a synthetic polymer (PVC, PET, HDPE, PP, EVA, etc.)-based film with anti-root performance is constructed. On the weak parts against roots between the sheets, an anti-root bonding unit reinforcing member woven with copper fiber, which is made by using copper which hinders the straightforwardness of plant roots, is constructed to improve the bonding unit's anti-root performance. On an upper side of bonding unit tape, a high-hardness urethane is spread to form a second anti-root layer and to secure complex anti-root performances. The method comprises: (S10) a step of forming a primer layer; (S20) a step of constructing the waterproof anti-root sheet; (S30) a step of constructing copper fiber sheets; and (S40) a step of forming the finish coated layer.
본 발명은 방수방근시트와 구리섬유로 직조한 방근 접합부 보강재를 활용한 방수방근 공법에 관련되며, 이는 방근 성능이 있는 합성고분자계(PVC, PET, HDPE, PP, EVA 등)필름이 부착된 아스팔트 컴파운드의 자착식 방수시트를 시공하고, 시트와 시트 사이 방근 취약부위에는 식물 뿌리의 직진성을 방해하는 구리를 활용하여 구리섬유로 직조된 방근 접합부 보강재를 시공함으로서 접합부의 방근성능을 향상시켰으며, 접합부 테잎 상부에는 고경질 우레탄을 도포하여 2차 방근층을 형성함으로서 복합 방근성능을 확보할 수 있도록 프라이머층 형성단계(S10), 방근방수시트시공단계(S20), 구리섬유시트시공단계(S30), 마감코팅층 형성단계(S40)을 포함하여 주요구성으로 한다.
