WATERPROOFING METHOD USING CONCRETE BASE ADJUSTER
The present invention relates to a waterproofing method using a concrete base adjuster, which is able to improve the attachment force to a concrete base surface, and provide a stable waterproofing, comprising: a first step to remove foreign substances generated on a base surface of a concrete building structure; a second step to reinforce the base surface for reinforcing a weak unit formed on the base surface with the base organized through the first step; a third step to form a lower paint layer by spreading a primer on the base surface reinforced through the second step; a fourth step to form a middle paint layer by spreading the concrete base adjuster on the lower paint layer with the primer spread through the third step; and a fifth step to form an upper paint layer by spreading an urethane resin or a polyurea resin on the middle paint layer with the concrete base adjuster spread through the fourth step.
본 발명은 콘크리트 바탕면과의 부착력을 향상시킬 수 있으며 안정적인 방수성을 제공하도록 하는 콘크리트 바탕조정재를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것으로, 콘크리트 건물 구조체의 바탕면에 생성된 이물질을 제거하는 제1 단계와; 상기 제1 단계를 통해 바탕이 정리된 바탕면에 형성된 취약부를 보강하기 위해 바탕면을 강화시키는 제2 단계와; 상기 제2 단계를 통해 강화된 바탕면에 프라이머를 도포하여 하도층을 형성하는 제3 단계와; 상기 제3 단계를 통해 프라이머가 도포된 상기 하도층 상에 콘크리트 바탕조정재를 도포하여 중도층을 형성하는 제4 단계와; 상기 제4 단계를 통해 콘크리트 바탕조정재가 도포된 상기 중도층 상에 우레탄 수지 또는 폴리우레아 수지를 도포하여 상도층을 형성하는 제5 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
