The present invention relates to: an eco-friendly acrylic polymer concrete anti-slip, phytoncide emitting and phosphorescent permeable packaging composition, which comprises agents A, B and C to have excellent anti-slip effect by non-slip aggregate of the C agent, contaminant removing effect by a photocatalyst powder, and phytoncide divergence effect by a phytoncide extraction liquid, a polymer concrete anti-slip, phytoncide emitting and phosphorescent permeable block using the same and a permeable pavement construction method using the same.
본 발명은 친환경 아크릴계 폴리머 콘크리트 미끄럼방지, 피톤치드 발산 및 축광 투수포장재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 폴리머 콘크리트 미끄럼방지, 피톤치드 발산 및 축광 투수블록 및 이를 이용한 투수포장 시공공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 메틸메타크릴레이트(MMA)수지 30~40중량부, 실란커플링제 5~10중량부, 벤조일퍼옥사이드(BPO) 경화제 1~2중량부를 포함하는 아크릴바인더 5~12중량부와 입자크기 1~5mm의 급냉제강환원슬래그를 포함하는 무기골재 60~70중량부를 포함하여 조성되는 A제와; 시멘트 10~20 중량부, 잔골재 15~30 중량부, 벤토나이트 골재, 다공질장석 골재 및 카올리나이트 골재를 동일 중량비로 포함하는 다공성 골재 15~30 중량부 및 적정량의 물을 포함하여 조성되는 B제와; 시멘트 15~20중량부, 메틸메타크릴레이트(MMA) 수지 15~20중량부, 실란커플링제 3~5중량부, 폴리카본산계 고성능 AE감수제 0.5~2중량부, 벤조일퍼옥사이드(BPO) 경화제 0.2~1중량부를 포함하는 아크릴바인더 5~10중량부와 축광안료 2~3중량부, TiO2분말 및 산화세륨분말이 1:1중량비로 혼합된 광촉매분말 1~2중량부, 상기 입자크기 1~5mm의 급냉제강환원슬래그를 포함하는 무기골재, 입자크기 0.5~2mm의 규사 및 가넷 또는 글라스비드가 1:1:1중량비로 혼합된 논슬립골재 50~60중량부 및 적정량의 피톤치드 추출액을 포함하여 조성되는 C제;를 포함하여 조성되어 상기 무기골재 표면에 상기 아크릴바인더가 코팅 경화되면서 상기 무기골재 사이에 공극을 형성하고, 상기 다공성 골재에 형성된 공극에 의하여 투수성을 향상시키며, 상기 논슬립골재에 의한 미끄럼방지효과, 상기 광촉매분말에 의한 오염물질 제거효과, 상기 피톤치드 추출액에 의한 피톤치드 발산효과 및 상기 축광안료의 야간 잔광성에 의한 시인성 및 심미성 효과가 우수한 친환경 아크릴계 폴리머 콘크리트 미끄럼방지, 피톤치드 발산 및 축광 투수포장재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 폴리머 콘크리트 미끄럼방지, 피톤치드 발산 및 축광 투수블록 및 이를 이용한 투수포장 시공공법에 관한 것이다.
