Composition of high elastic putty for crack repair agent with enhanced waterproof and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a high-elastic putty composition for repairing cracks in concrete, comprising based on 100 wt% of the high-elastic putty composition, 20 to 45 wt% of an acrylate-based co-polymer binder, 20 to 50 wt% of a first filler, 3 to 10 wt% of a second filler, 5 to 15 wt% of a third filler, and 1 to 5 wt% of an antibacterial auxiliary agent and functional additive. The first filler is precipitated calcium carbonate. The secondary filler is wollastonite surface-modified with a silane coupling agent. The third filler is a complex body including a zeolite supported with at least one metal hydroxide selected from a group consisting of calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)_2), magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)_2) and barium hydroxide (Ba(OH)_2). The antimicrobial auxiliary agent comprises: 55 to 60 wt% of sawdust; 35 to 40 wt% of rice bran, and 4 to 6 wt% of an enzyme with respect to 100 wt% of the antimicrobial auxiliary agent. The functional additive comprises: hydroxyethyl cellulose as a thickener, an aluminum silicate-based thickening stabilizer, ammonia anhydride as a pH adjuster, dioctyl adipate as a plasticizer, mineral oil-based antifoaming agent, isothiazole-based preservative and sodium alanate-based dispersant. The present invention relates to a high-elastic putty composition for repairing cracks with improved waterproof function, and a crack repair method using the same.
본 발명은 콘크리트 균열보수용 고탄성 퍼티제 조성물로, 상기 고탄성 퍼티제 조성물 100중량부에 대하여, 아크릴레이트계 코-폴리머 바인더 20 ~ 45중량부, 제1 충전제 20 ~ 50중량부, 제2 충전제 3 ~ 10중량부, 제3 충전제 5 ~ 15중량부, 항균성 보조제 및 기능성 첨가제 1 ~ 5중량부를 포함하며, 상기 제1 충전제는 경질탄산칼슘이고, 상가 제2 충전제는 실란커플링제로 표면개질된 규회석이며, 상기 제3 충전제는 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2), 수산화마그네슘(Mg(OH)2) 및 수산화바륨(Ba(OH)2)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 수산화물이 담지된 제올라이트를 포함하는 복합체이고, 상기 향균성 보조제는 상기 항균성 보조제 100중량부에 대하여 톱밥 55 ~ 60중량부와, 미강 35 ~ 40중량부와 및 효소 4 ~ 6중량부로 이루어지고, 상기 기능성 첨가제는 증점제인 히드록시에틸셀룰로스, 규산알루미늄계 증점안정제, pH 조절제인 암모니아 무수물, 가소제인 디옥틸아디페이트, 광물유계 소포제, 이소티아졸계 방부제 및 무수알레인산소듐계 분산제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수성이 향상된 균열보수용 고탄성 퍼티제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 균열보수공법에 관한 것이다.
