LED Multifunction LED traffic sign with speed measurement
The present invention relates to a multifunctional LED traffic sign capable of measuring a speed. More specifically, the present invention relates to a multifunctional LED traffic sign capable of measuring a speed, which is able to install graphite between an LED unit and an embossing frame. In summer, the graphite absorbs heat generated in the LED unit, transfers the heat to the embossing frame, radiates the heat to the outside, and protects the traffic sign from high heat. In winter, the graphite receives a current supplied by a control unit, generates heat, protects the traffic sign from outer air such as snow and dew, and reduces the damage to and repair of the traffic sign. A second pattern is formed on a figure part of a light guide panel, thereby improving visibility. On one PC surface of a PC diffusion plate, a resin is laminated to improve the embossing functions, thereby preventing an inner static electricity from being generated and evenly spreading the light at the same time. In accordance with the temperature measured by a temperature sensor in the control unit, the graphite is heated. A humidity sensor in the control unit detects a certain humidity during the day, and determines the presence or absence of snow, rain, and fog, which are environmental conditions which are darker than the day, thereby turning on/off the LED unit. In ordinary times, the LED unit is turned on/off by an illuminance sensor in the control unit, thereby improving the efficiency of the traffic sign, and increasing the life and efficiency of the traffic sign accordingly.
본 발명은 속도 측정이 가능한 다기능 LED 교통 표지판에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 LED부와 엠보싱프레임 사이에 그래파이트가 설치됨으로써, 여름철의 그래파이트는 LED부에서 발생한 열을 흡수한 뒤 엠보싱프레임에 전달하여 외부로 방열시켜 표지판을 고열로부터 보호하고, 겨울철의 그래파이트는 제어부에 의해 공급되는 전류를 전달받아 발열하기에 표지판을 눈, 결로 등의 외기로부터 보호하여 표지판의 파손 및 수리 등이 저감되고, 도광판의 도형부분에 2차 패턴 무늬가 형성되어 시인성이 향상되고, PC확산판의 PC일면에 레진이 적충되어 엠보기능이 형성되어 내부 정전기 발생을 방지하는 동시에 빛을 고르게 확산하는 효과가 있고, 제어부의 온도센서에서 측정된 온도에 따라 그래파이트를 발열하고, 제어부의 습도센서는 낮동안 일정습도를 감지하여 낮보다 상대적으로 어두운 환경조건인 눈, 비, 안개가 있는 것으로 판단하여 LED부를 ON/OFF하며, 평상시 제어부의 조도센서에 의해 LED부를 ON/OFF함으로써, 표지판의 효율를 향상시켜, 그에 따라 표지판의 수명 및 효율이 높아지는 특징이 있다.
