Assembly type gang form having insulation structure
The present invention relates to a prefabricated gang form of an insulation structure and, more specifically, to a prefabricated gang form of an insulation structure, which allows an insulator to be detachably mounted thereon, and alleviates the disadvantage of strength degradation caused by an arrangement of the insulator. To achieve the objective, according to the present invention, the prefabricated gang form of an insulation structure comprises: a flat plate; a plurality of vertical supports mounted on the flat plate at regular intervals; and a plurality of horizontal supports mounted at regular intervals across the vertical supports. The prefabricated gang form of an insulation structure further comprises: an insulator detachably arranged between the horizontal supports; a silicon cover layer making the gap between the insulator and the horizontal supports airtight; and a pressing means mounted on the vertical or horizontal supports to press the insulator including the silicon cover layer toward the flat plate. For example, the pressing means is pressed and fixed by a first angle or a second angle fixed on one side or both sides of the horizontal supports or the vertical supports. The insulator can be pressed and adjusted by pivot-coupling a pressing plate to the front end of a bolt screw-coupled to an angle part for pressing the insulator of the first angle or the second angle.
본 발명은 단열구조의 조립식 갱폼에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 탈부착 가능하도록 단열재가 장착되고, 단열재의 배치로 인한 강도저하의 단점을 개선한 단열 구조의 조립식 갱폼에 관한 것이다. 상술된 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명에 따른 단열 구조의 조립식 갱폼은, 평판, 이 평판에 일정 간격으로 다수 장착된 수직지지대, 수직지지대를 가로질러 일정 간격으로 다수 장착된 수평지지대를 구비하는 갱폼에서, 수평지지대들 사이에 탈착 가능하도록 배치되는 단열재; 상기 단열재와 수평 수직대 사이를 기밀하게 하는 실리콘커버층; 상기 실리콘커버층을 포함한 단열재를 평판측으로 가압하도록 수직 또는 수평지지대에 장착되는 가압수단;을 포함하여 이루어진다. 일례로, 가압수단은 수평지지대 또는 수직지지대의 일 측 또는 양측면에 고정되는 제1앵글 또는 제2앵글로 가압 고정된다. 상기 제1앵글 또는 제2앵글의 단열재를 가압하기 위한 앵글편에 나사결합되는 볼트의 선단에 가압판이 피봇결합되어 상기 단열재를 가압조절 할 수 있도록 된다.
