RECYCLED MATERIALS MADE OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE AND BOTTOM ASH GENERATED IN INCINERATION PLANTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF COVERING THE SPECIFIC GROUND SURFACE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a recycled material for covering a ground surface, made of industrial waste and bottom ash generated through incineration, and a manufacturing method thereof. The recycled material for covering a ground surface, made of industrial waste and bottom ash generated through incineration is manufactured by mixing (a) a base material containing bottom ash through incineration of industrial waste containing unavoidable foreign substances with an additive including (b1) water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, arbocel cellulose, and a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene (Vinapas), and (b2) liquid sodium silicate or liquid potassium silicate, and (b3) aluminum sulfate [Al_2(SO_4)_3].
본 발명에서 제안하는 사업장 폐기물 소각바닥재를 재활용한 지반 성토, 복토 순환골재는, (a) 불가피한 이물질을 포함하는 사업장 폐기물 소각바닥재를 포함하는 베이스재에, (b1) 물, 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오스(Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), 아르보셀 셀룰로오스(Arbocel cellulose), 그리고 바이날 아세테이트와 에틸렌의 공중합체(Vinapas), (b2) 규산나트륨(Liquid Sodium Silicate) 또는 액상 규산칼륨(Potassium Silicate Solution), (b3) 황산알루미늄[Al2(SO4)3]을 포함하는 첨가제를 혼합하여 조성된다.
