Floor panel to prevent interlayer noise of buildings
In accordance with the present invention, a floor panel for preventing inter-floor noise of a building comprises: a first panel (10) including an upper panel unit (11) and a lower panel unit (12) connected and assembled by an assembly connection unit (18), a hanging unit (16) fixed on the inner surface of the upper panel unit (11) and the lower panel unit (12), an arc-shaped elastic plate (17) fastened to the hanging unit (16), and a vibration isolation plate (13), a sound blocking plate (14), and a perforated plate (15) sequentially stacked on the bottom surface of the inside of the upper panel unit (11) and the lower panel unit (12); and a second panel (20) stacked and fixed on the first panel (10), and including a plurality of elastic parts (21) and a plurality of fixing guides (22) fixed on the upper surface of a panel body, and a vibration isolation plate (23), a sound blocking plate (24), and a perforated plate (25) sequentially stacked on the bottom surface of the inside thereof. Impact noise and vibration noise applied from above are dissipated while being dispersed on the upper surface without being transferred downward, and wave energy from noise and vibration is neutralized and dissipated by interference.
본 발명은 조립연결부(18)로 연결조립되는 상패널부(11)와 하패널부(12), 상기 상패널부(11)와 하패널부(12)의 내측면에 고정된 걸이부(16)와 상기 걸이부(16)에 체결되는 호형 탄성판재(17), 상기 상패널부(11)와 하패널부(12)의 내측 바닥면에 순차적으로 적층되는 방진판(13), 차음판(14) 및 타공판(15)으로 구성된 제1 패널(10), 및 상기 제1 패널(10)에 적층되어 고정되며, 패널몸체내의 상부면에 고정되는 다수개의 탄성편(21)과 다수개의 고정가이드(22), 내측 바닥면에 순차적으로 적층되는 방진판(23), 차음판(24) 및 타공판(25)으로 구성된 제2 패널(20)을 포함하여 구성되어, 상부로부터 가해지는 충격소음과 진동소음을 하부로 전달하지 않고 상부면에서 분산되면서 소멸되도록 하며 소음 및 진동의 파동에너지가 간섭으로 인하여 상쇄소멸하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
