WATER PIPE CLEANING SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present invention provides a water pipe cleaning system having simple configuration and a water pipe cleaning method. The present invention relates to a water pipe cleaning system and a water pipe cleaning method, comprising: a socket flange T-shaped pipe (10) in the shape of T; a plurality of valves arranged in a checkered pattern in a water pipe (20) to open and close the flow of water flowing in the water pipe (20) and arranged around a branching portion; and a cleaning device including a compressed air generating device (1) having an air input pipe (1a) having an inner space connected to and communicating with the upper end flange of the socket flange T-shaped pipe (10) connected to the uppermost stream side valve (4) among a plurality of valves, and a rotating flow generator (2) having a spiral rotating space (6a) formed between a spiral rotating blade (6) and a neighboring rotating blade (6) and connected to the air input pipe (1a) to generate the rotating flow of compressed air inputted into a rotating groove (6a) from the air input pipe (1a).
본 발명은 'T'자 형태의 소켓 플랜지 T형관(10); 상수도관(20) 내를 유동하는 물의 흐름을 개폐하도록, 상수도관(20)에서 체크무늬 모양으로 배치되어 분기된 부분의 주위에 배치된 복수의 밸브; 및 복수의 밸브 중 최상류측 밸브(4)에 연결된 소켓 플랜지 T형관(10)의 상단 플랜지에 내부 공간이 연통되게 연결된 공기 투입관(1a)을 가지는 압축공기 발생장치(1), 나선형 회전날개(6)와 이웃하는 상기 회전날개(6)들 사이에 형성된 나선형 회전공간(6a)를 가지고, 공기 투입관(1a)으로부터 회전홈(6a)으로 투입된 압축 공기의 회전류가 생성되도록 공기 투입관(1a)에 연결된 회전류 발생기(2)를 포함하는 세척장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상수도관 세척 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
