Artificial turf structure with ground enhanced binding force and water absorption
The present invention relates to an artificial turf structure with improved ground bonding and moisture absorption, comprising: a first substrate layer formed in a net structure; a second substrate layer formed in a net structure; a buffer layer composed of a first fiber and a second fiber to be able to retain moisture and placed between the first substrate layer and the second substrate layer; and a pile part composed of a plurality of pile yarns and exposed above the first substrate layer from the second substrate layer. Part of the first fiber and the second fiber are exposed outside the first substrate layer or the second substrate layer by the needle punching process of the first substrate layer, the buffer layer and the second substrate layer, which are in a stacked state. Therefore, the buffer layer absorbs moisture on the ground by the outward exposed fibers of the second substrate layer and evaporates the moisture outside the first substrate layer to reduce the surface temperature of the artificial turf structure, which has been raised by exposure to direct rays of sunlight. And if the outward exposed fibers of the second substrate layer are inserted into the ground, bonding to the ground is enhanced and the artificial turf structure does not lift off the ground.
본 발명은 지면 결합력과 수분 흡수율을 높인 인조잔디 구조체에 관한 것으로, 그물 구조로 이루어진 제1 기재층; 그물 구조로 이루어진 제2 기재층; 제1 섬유 및 제2 섬유로 이루어져 수분을 함유할 수 있으며 상기 제1 기재층과 상기 제2 기재층의 사이에 위치한 버퍼층; 및 복수의 파일사로 이루어져 상기 제2 기재층에서 상기 제1 기재층의 위로 노출되어 있는 파일부; 를 포함한다. 상기 제1 기재층, 상기 버퍼층 및 상기 제2 기재층은 적층된 상태에서 니들펀칭 공정으로 상기 제1 섬유 및 상기 제2 섬유의 일부는 상기 제1 기재층 또는 상기 제2 기재층의 외부로 노출되어 있다. 따라서, 버퍼층은 제2 기재층의 외부로 노출된 섬유들에 의해 지면의 수분을 흡수하여 제1 기재층의 외부로 증발시킨다. 이에 직사광선에 의해 고온으로 상승한 인조잔디 구조체의 표면 온도를 낮출 수 있다. 그리고 제2 기재층의 외부로 노출된 섬유들이 지면에 삽입되면 지면과의 결합력이 증대되며 인조잔디 구조체는 지면으로부터 들뜨지 않는다.
