Grating Cover
The present invention relates to a grating cover (10) installed over a grating (20) to prevent accidents caused by wide grid gaps of the grating (20). According to the present invention, the grating cover (10) comprises: a drain hole (11) draining rainwater; a slip prevention protrusion (12) having a shape protruding more than the upper surface to prevent a slip; a horizontal reinforcing rib (13) and a vertical reinforcing rib (14); an orderer logo engraving unit (17) for engraving an orderer logo; and several embedded circular steel plates (16). A magnet bracket (30) inserted and coupled between grating grids (21) strongly and easily couples the grating cover (10) and a grating (20). Since the grating cover (10) is attached to and detached from the grating (20) by the magnetic force of a permanent magnet, the grating cover (10) is more productive and efficient than conventional binding methods by a cable tie, a connection latch, and a screw.
본 발명은 그레이팅(20)의 넓은 격자 간격 때문에 발생하는 사고를 예방하기 위해 그레이팅(20) 위에 설치하는 그레이팅 덮개(10)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 그레이팅 덮개(10)는 빗물을 배수하는 배수공(11)과 미끄러짐을 방지하기 위해 상면보다 돌출된 형상으로 이루어지는 미끄럼 방지돌기(12), 가로 보강살(13) 및 세로 보강살(14)과 주문자 로고를 새길 수 있는 주문자 로고 각인부(17) 및 수개의 원형철판(16)을 내장하고 있는 그레이팅 덮개(10)와, 그레이팅 격자(21) 사이에 끼어 넣어 결합되게 구성되는 자석 브라켓(30)은 그레이팅 덮개(10)와 그레이팅(20)과 결합을 강력하고 용이하게 해주는 특징이 있다. 영구자석의 자력에 의해서 그레이팅 덮개(10)가 그레이팅(20)에 탈부착되므로 기존의 케이블 타이, 연결 걸쇠 및 나사 못에 의한 결속 방식 등보다 생산적이고 효율적인 그레이팅 덮개(10)를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
