The present invention relates to a stone fastening device, which can greatly increase fastening force by using a double dovetail coupling structure. The stone fastening device comprises: a bottom surface opening groove (21) formed upward from a lower end of the rear surface of an upper stone plate (20) at a depth; an upper slider (30) coupled to the bottom surface opening groove (21) to move vertically; an upper dovetail groove (31) formed on the rear surface of the upper slider (30) at a depth; an upper long hole (32) vertically formed in the upper slider (30); an upper support body (41) installed vertically on the upper surface of the stone support plate (40) and coupled to the upper dovetail groove (31); an upper tap hole (42) formed in the upper support body (41); an upper set bolt 43 coupled to the upper tap hole (42); an upper surface opening groove (51) formed downward from an upper end of the rear surface of a lower stone plate (50) at a depth; a lower slider (60) coupled to the upper surface opening groove 51 to move vertically; a lower dovetail groove (61) formed on the rear surface of the lower slider (60) at a depth; a lower long hole (62) vertically formed in the lower slider (60); a lower support body (44) vertically installed on the bottom surface of the stone support plate (40) and coupled to the lower dovetail groove (61); a lower tap hole (45) formed in the lower support body (44); and a lower set bolt (46) coupled to the lower tap hole (45).
본 발명은 2중 더브테일 결합구조를 이용해서 결속력을 크게 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 건축용 석재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 상부석재판(20)의 후면 하단에서 상측을 향해 일정한 깊이로 형성되는 저면개방홈(21); 저면개방홈(21)에 결합되어 상하로 움직이는 상부슬라이더(30); 상부슬라이더(30)의 후면에서 일정한 깊이로 형성되는 상부더브테일홈(31); 상부슬라이더(30)에 수직으로 형성되는 상부장공(32); 석재지지판(40)의 상면에 수직으로 설치되고, 상부더브테일홈(31)에 결합되는 상부지지체(41); 상부지지체(41)에 형성되는 상부탭구멍(42); 상부탭구멍(42)에 결합되는 상부세트볼트(43); 하부석재판(50)의 후면 상단에서 하측을 향해 일정한 깊이로 형성되는 상면개방홈(51); 상면개방홈(51)에 결합되어 상하로 움직이는 하부슬라이더(60); 하부슬라이더(60)의 후면에서 일정한 깊이로 형성되는 하부더브테일홈(61); 하부슬라이더(60)에 수직으로 형성되는 하부장공(62); 석재지지판(40)의 저면에 수직으로 설치되고, 하부더브테일홈(61)에 결합되는 하부지지체(44); 하부지지체(44)에 형성되는 하부탭구멍(45); 하부탭구멍(45)에 결합되는 하부세트볼트(46)를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a stone fastening device, which can greatly increase fastening force by using a double dovetail coupling structure.
