BUTTERFLY VALVE WITH FILTERING MESH ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a butterfly valve with a filter net assembly. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the butterfly valve with a filter net assembly, which comprises a filter net assembly to enable a filter body for filtering foreign substances to be easily attached to and detached from the butterfly valve installed on a water pipe to open and close a flow passage. The present invention comprises: a valve body having a flow passage where fluid passes; a disk positioned inside the flow passage and rotated by receiving power from a drive shaft to open and close the flow passage; an opening and closing unit axially rotating the drive shaft to operate the disk; the filter net assembly blocking the flow passage to filter the foreign substances contained in the fluid; and an attachment means enabling the filter net assembly to be attached to and detached from the valve body.
본 발명은 필터 거름망 조립체를 구비하는 버터플라이밸브에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은, 상수관로 상에 설치되어 유로를 개폐하는 버터플라이밸브에 이물질이 걸러지도록 하는 필터체를 간단하게 착탈할 수 있도록 하는 거름망 조립체를 구비하는 버터플라이밸브를 제공함에 있다. 이는 유체가 통과하는 유동로를 갖는 밸브바디와, 상기 유동로내에 위치하며 구동샤프트로부터 동력을 전달받아 회전하여 상기 유동로를 개폐하는 디스크와, 상기 구동샤프트를 축회전시켜 디스크를 작동시키는 개폐작동부를 구비한 버터플라이밸브에 있어서, 상기 유동로를 차단하여 유체상에 포함된 이물질을 걸러주는 거름망 조립체와, 상기 거름망 조립체를 상기 밸브바디에 착탈시키도록 하는 착탈수단을 포함하도록 하는 것이다.

The present invention relates to a butterfly valve with a filter net assembly.
