The present invention provides a buttressed wall assembly and a seismic reinforcement method of an existing building using the same. An objective of the present invention is to resolve problems which can occur during construction in a situation in which residents reside. The buttressed wall assembly (100) is installed on the outside of a sidewall (11) positioned in a long edge direction of an existing building (10). The buttressed wall assembly (100) comprises: a plurality of reinforcing pillars (110) arranged and anchored on the sidewall (11) at equal intervals; a fastening member (111) coupled to one side or both sides of the reinforcing pillars (110) to face the space between the reinforcing pillars (110), having a C-shaped cross section, and having a plurality of fastening holes (111h) formed on an extension unit at prescribed intervals; and a plurality of module walls (120) positioned in the space between the reinforcing pillars (110) to be fastened to the plurality of fastening holes (111h) by bolts (121) An upper portion of the existing building (10) and upper portions of the reinforcing pillars (110) are further connected by a beam assembly (200).
본 발명은 기존 건물(10)의 장변 방향에 위치하는 측벽(11)의 외측에 설치되는 부축벽 조립체(100)에 있어서, 상기 부축벽 조립체(100)는, 상기 측벽(11)에 등간격으로 배치되어 앵커링되는 다수의 보강 기둥(110); 상기 보강 기둥(110)의 사이공간을 향하도록 상기 보강 기둥(110)의 일측 또는 양측에 결합되며, 단면이 ㄷ자 형태이며, 연장부에 체결공(111h)이 소정의 간격으로 다수 형성된 체결부재(111); 및 상기 보강 기둥(110)의 사이공간에 위치하여 볼트(121)에 의해 상기 다수의 체결공(111h)에 각각 체결 가능한 다수의 모듈벽체(120);를 포함하고, 상기 기존 건물(10)의 상부와 상기 보강 기둥(110)의 상부는 보 조립체(200)에 의해 더 연결되는 부축벽 조립체 및 이를 이용한 기존 건물의 내진보강 방법을 제공한다.
