Cover apparatus for loading container opening and shutting of garbage truck
The present invention relates to a cover apparatus for opening/closing a loading container of a garbage truck, which is able to block the external exposure of a garbage inlet, block or suppress the generation of odor, form a tool storage space, and conveniently store tools such as brooms and shovels used for collecting garbage. In accordance with the present invention, the cover apparatus for opening/closing the loading container of the garbage truck comprises: a housing (10) which is placed to cover a garbage inlet of a garbage collection unit (100) installed on a rear side of the loading container of the garbage truck (C) and to prevent the garbage inlet from being exposed to the outside, and which has a rear surface opened; guide rail grooves (20) formed on both sidewalls on the opened rear surface of the housing (10) to face each other; an opening/closing shutter (30) whose both sides are inserted into the guide rail grooves (20) to slide and move up and down along the guide rail grooves (20) and to open/close the opened rear surface of the housing (10); a winding unit (40) made of a shaft or a roller and installed to wind the opening/closing shutter (30) on an inner upper side of the housing (10); a shelf (50) whose both side end units are placed in the housing (10) and engaged with an inner wall surface of the housing and dividing the inner space of the housing into an upper space and a lower space to be separated from each other; a tools storage space (51) formed on the upper side of the shelf (50) to store cleaning tools; and a garbage input space (52) placed on a lower side of the shelf (50) and divided and completely separated from the tools storage space (51) for inputting garbage into the garbage inlet of the garbage collection unit (100).
본 발명은 쓰레기 투입구의 외부노출을 차단시켜 줌으로써 악취발생을 차단 또는 억제시켜 주도록 하며, 도구 수납공간을 형성시켜 줌으로써 쓰레기 수거작업에 사용되는 빗자루나 삽 등과 같은 도구를 편리하게 보관할 수 있는 쓰레기수거차량의 적재함 개폐용 커버장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 쓰레기수거차량(C)의 적재함 후방에 설치된 쓰레기 수거부(100)의 쓰레기 투입구를 커버하여 외부노출을 차단하도록 구비되고, 후면이 개방된 하우징(10); 상기 하우징(10)의 개방된 후면 양측벽에 서로 마주보게 형성된 안내레일홈(20); 상기 안내레일홈(20)에 양측이 끼워져 안내레일홈(20)을 따라 상·하 슬라이딩 이동되면서 상기 하우징(10)의 개방된 후면을 개폐하는 개폐셔터(30); 상기 하우징(10)의 내부 상측에 상기 개폐셔터(30)를 권취시켜 주기 위해 설치되는 축 또는 롤러로 된 권취부(40); 상기 하우징(10)의 내부에 양측단부가 하우징의 내벽면에 결합되게 구비되어 하우징의 내부공간을 상하 구획시켜 서로 분리하는 선반(50); 상기 선반(50)의 상측에 청소도구의 수납을 위해 형성된 도구 수납공간(51); 상기 선반(50)의 하측에 상기 도구 수납공간(51)과 구획되어 완전 분리된 상태로 상기 쓰레기 수거부(100)의 쓰레기 투입구로 쓰레기를 투입시켜 주기 위해 형성된 쓰레기 투입공간(52);으로 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to a cover apparatus for opening/closing a loading container of a garbage truck, which is able to block the external exposure of a garbage inlet, block or suppress the generation of odor, form a tool storage space, and conveniently store tools such as brooms and shovels used for collecting garbage. In accordance with the present invention, the cover apparatus for opening/closing the loading container of the garbage truck comprises: a housing (10) which is placed to cover a garbage inlet of a garbage collection unit (100) installed on a rear side of the loading container of the garbage truck (C) and to prevent the garbage inlet from being exposed to the outside, and which has a rear surface opened; guide rail grooves (20) formed on both sidewalls on the opened rear surface of the housing (10) to face each other; an opening/closing shutter (30) whose both sides are inserted into the guide rail grooves (20) to slide and move up and down along the guide rail grooves (20) and to open/close the opened rear surface of the housing (10); a winding unit (40) made of a shaft or a roller and installed to wind the opening/closing shutter (30) on an inner upper side of the housing (10); a shelf (50) whose both side end units are placed in the housing (10) and engaged with an inner wall surface of the housing and dividing the inner space of the housing into an upper space and a lower space to be separated from each other; a tools storage space (51) formed on the upper side of the shelf (50) to store cleaning tools; and a garbage input space (52) placed on a lower side of the shelf (50) and divided and completely separated from the tools storage space (51) for inputting garbage into the garbage inlet of the garbage collection unit (100).
