Mobile level vibration damper with improved vibration damping
The present invention relates to a mobile level trash remover with improved trashing removal which can easily remove and dispose of foreign substances by using a rake of a trash removal unit while foreign substances floating in front of a screen installed on a waterway are gathered in one direction. The mobile level trash remover with improved trashing removal comprises: a screen laterally installed on a waterway; a guide rail arranged on an upper portion of the screen; a level trash removal unit including a mobile body installed to be moved to the left and right along the guide rail, and a trash removal unit installed on the mobile body to be moved in a vertical direction and having a rake for removing foreign substances caught on the screen; and a foreign substance collection unit including a lifting bar installed on a side of the level trash removal unit to be vertically moved, a pushrod formed on the lower end of the lifting bar, and a height adjustment member adjusting the height of the lifting bar, and moving the level trash removal unit to the left and right while the lifting plate is lifted by the height adjusting member to gather foreign substances floating on the water of the waterway in any one direction by the pushrod.
본 발명은 수로에 설치된 스크린의 전방에 부유된 이물질을 한 방향으로 모은 상태에서 제진부의 레이크를 이용하여 용이하게 이물질을 제거 처리할 수 있는 제진성이 향상된 이동형 레벨 제진기에 관한 것으로서, 수로에 횡방향으로 설치되는 스크린과; 상기 스크린의 상부에 배치되는 가이드레일과; 상기 가이드레일을 따라 좌우로 이동가능하도록 설치되는 이동몸체와, 상기 이동몸체에 상하 방향으로 이동가능하도록 설치되고 상기 스크린에 걸린 이물질을 제거하기 위한 레이크가 설치되는 제진부를 포함하는 레벨 제진부와; 상기 레벨 제진부의 측부에 상하로 이동가능하도록 설치되는 승강바와, 상기 승강바의 하단부에 형성되는 밀대와, 상기 승강바의 높이를 조절하는 높이조절부재를 포함하고, 상기 높이조절부재에 의해 상기 승강판을 하강시킨 상태에서 상기 레벨 제진부를 좌우로 이동시켜 상기 밀대에 의해 상기 수로의 물에 부유된 이물질을 어느 한 방향으로 모으는 이물질 수집부;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
