ASPHALT AGENT FOR RECLAIMED ASPHALT MIXTURE OF LOW AND MID TEMPERATURE AND THEREOF MANUFACTURING METHOD AND RECLAIMED ASPHALT MIXTURE OF LOW AND MID TEMPERATURE AND THEREOF MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE SAME
A method for manufacturing an asphalt agent for reclaimed asphalt mixture of low and mid-temperature according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a Styrofoam preparation process to put Styrofoam into an input hopper installed on one side of a screw conveyor; a Styrofoam supply process in which the Styrofoam is crushed while transporting the Styrofoam to a mixing mixer unit disposed on the other side by operating the screw conveyor; a first mixing process of preparing a liquid first mixture by putting blown asphalt into the mixing mixer unit and mixing while heating; and a second mixing process in which a process oil is added to the first mixture and mixed to produce an asphalt agent for reclaimed asphalt mixture of a medium and low temperature.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 중저온 재생 아스팔트 첨가제 제조방법은 스크류 컨베이어 일측에 설치된 투입 호퍼에 스티로폼을 투입하는 스티로폼 준비과정; 상기 스크류 컨베이어를 작동시켜 타측에 배치된 혼합 믹서부로 이송시키면서 파쇄하는 스티로폼 공급과정; 상기 혼합 믹서부 내부로 블로운 아스팔트(Blown Asphalt)를 투입하고 가열시키면서 혼합하여 액상의 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 제1 혼합과정; 및 제1 혼합물에 프로세스 오일을 투입하면서 혼합하여 중저온 재생 아스팔트 첨가제를 제조하는 제2 혼합과정;을 포함한다.
