Shiatsu lock bolt with optional expansion direction of the anchoring wing
The present invention relates to an acupressure type lock bolt capable of selecting the extension direction of an anchoring wing. The lock bolt comprises: a lock bolt front-end fixing part (F) inserted and fixed inside a lock bolt hole (A); a lock bolt (100) having a front end coupled to the lock bolt front-end fixing part (F), and having spiral protrusions formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof to be inserted into the lock bolt hole; an injection hose extending from the inside of the lock bolt hole to a ground side to grout the lock bolt hole; and a lock bolt fixing part coupled to a rear end of the lock bolt, and provided to correspond to the ground surface on a ground-side of the lock bolt hole (A) and maintain a state in which tensile force is applied by a rear end thereof fixed to the ground surface by the applied tensile force. The lock bolt front-end fixing part (F) is formed as an extension unit (200) which is positioned on an inner bottom side of the lock bolt hole (A), is provided so that one side thereof is fixed and coupled to the front end of the lock bolt (100) and the other side thereof provided to be moved on the axis of the lock bolt on the outer circumferential surface of the lock bolt so as to select the extension direction of the anchoring wiring as a ground side in the inner circumference of the lock bolt hole facing the bottom or ground side of the lock bolt hole, and has an elastic member for applying elastic force so that the extension unit is moved to the bottom side of the lock bolt hole on the axis of the lock bolt to extend the anchoring wing in the selected direction.
본 발명은 선택적 확장방향이 가능한 지압식 락볼트에 관한 것으로, 락볼트공(A) 내부에 삽입되어 정착되는 락볼트선단정착부(F)와, 상기 락볼트선단정착부(F)에 선단이 결합되어 락볼트공에 삽입되도록 외주연에 나선형 돌기가 형성된 통상과 같은 락볼트(100)와, 락볼트공 내부에 그라우팅 주입을 위해 락볼트공 내에서 지상측으로 연장형성된 주입호스와, 상기 락볼트 후단에 결합되고, 락볼트공(A) 지상측 지면에 대응되어 인장력 인가로 후단이 지면에 고정되어 인장력이 인가된 상태로 유지되도록 마련된 락볼트고정부로 형성된 락볼트에 있어서, 락볼트선단정착부(F)는 락볼트공 (A) 내측 바닥측에 위치되어 락볼트공에 삽입된 상기 락볼트(100) 선단에 일측이 고정결합되고, 타측이 상기 락볼트 외주연에서 축선상에서 이동되도록 마련되어 락볼트공 바닥 또는 지상측을 향하는 락볼트공 내연 지면측으로 정착날개의 확장방향을 선택하고, 락볼트의 축선상에서 상기 락볼트공 바닥측으로 이동되도록 탄성력이 인가되어 선택된 방향으로 정착날개가 확장되도록 탄성부재가 마련된 확장유닛(200);으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 확장방향이 가능한 지압식 락볼트에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 선택적 확장방향이 가능한 지압식 락볼트에 관한 것으로, 락볼트공(A) 내부에 삽입되어 정착되는 락볼트선단정착부(F)와, 상기 락볼트선단정착부(F)에 선단이 결합되어 락볼트공에 삽입되도록 외주연에 나선형 돌기가 형성된 통상과 같은 락볼트(100)와, 락볼트공 내부에 그라우팅 주입을 위해 락볼트공 내에서 지상측으로 연장형성된 주입호스와, 상기 락볼트 후단에 결합되고, 락볼트공(A) 지상측 지면에 대응되어 인장력 인가로 후단이 지면에 고정되어 인장력이 인가된 상태로 유지되도록 마련된 락볼트고정부로 형성된 락볼트에 있어서, 락볼트선단정착부(F)는 락볼트공 (A) 내측 바닥측에 위치되어 락볼트공에 삽입된 상기 락볼트(100) 선단에 일측이 고정결합되고, 타측이 상기 락볼트 외주연에서 축선상에서 이동되도록 마련되어 락볼트공 바닥 또는 지상측을 향하는 락볼트공 내연 지면측으로 정착날개의 확장방향을 선택하고, 락볼트의 축선상에서 상기 락볼트공 바닥측으로 이동되도록 탄성력이 인가되어 선택된 방향으로 정착날개가 확장되도록 탄성부재가 마련된 확장유닛(200);으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 확장방향이 가능한 지압식 락볼트에 관한 것이다.
