Fire door with condensation prevention structure
According to one aspect of the present invention, a fire door with a condensation prevention structure comprises: a door frame including a first vertical member coupled to a hinge, a second vertical member corresponding to the first vertical member, a bent surface provided on the first vertical member and the second vertical member, and a first condensation prevention groove formed on the first vertical member, the second vertical member, and the bent surface to block a thermal bridge phenomenon to prevent condensation; a door including an inner plate coming in contact with indoor space, an outer plate coming in contact with outdoor space, a pair of first extension plates extended from both ends of the inner plate toward the outer plate and having a second condensation prevention groove, a pair of second extension plates extended from both ends of the outer plate toward the inner plate and having the second condensation prevention groove, and an internal space sealed by the inner plate, the outer plate, the first extension plates, and the second extension plates; a sheath insulator provided on one surface of the door frame side of the first extension plate and the bent surface to exhibit an insulation effect; and a ceramic board provided in the internal space to be formed on the same line as the sheath insulator to exhibit an insulation effect.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 결로방지 구조의 방화문은 경첩과 결합하는 제1 수직부재와, 상기 제1 수직부재와 대응되는 제2 수직부재와, 상기 제1 수직부재 및 상기 제2 수직부재에 각각 구비되는 절곡면과, 상기 제1 수직부재, 상기 제2 수직부재 및 상기 절곡면에 형성되어 열교현상을 차단하여 결로 발생을 방지하는 제1 결로방지홈을 구비하는 문틀; 실내와 접하는 내측판과, 실외와 접하는 외측판과, 상기 내측판의 양단에서 상기 외측판 방향으로 연장되고, 제2 결로방지홈을 구비하는 한 쌍의 제1 연장판과, 상기 외측판의 양단에서 상기 내측판 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 제2 결로방지홈을 구비하는 한 쌍의 제2 연장판과, 상기 내측판, 상기 외측판, 상기 제1 연장판 및 상기 제2 연장판에 의해 밀폐된 내부공간을 구비하는 문짝; 상기 절곡면 및 상기 제1 연장판의 상기 문틀 측 일면에 각각 구비되어 단열효과를 발휘하는 피복단열재; 및 상기 피복단열재와 동일선상을 형성하도록 상기 내부공간에 구비되어 단열효과를 발휘하는 세라믹보드; 를 구비할 수 있다.
