The present invention provides a method for stably repairing a crack generated on an outer wall of a concrete structure such as an apartment house. Disclosed is the crack repair method of a concrete structure, which comprises: a process of forming a V-shaped groove by engraving a portion where a crack is generated on the outer wall of the concrete structure at a predetermined depth; a process of forming a fixing hole by drilling a hole of a predetermined depth in a diagonal direction on both sides of the V-shaped groove; a process of removing concrete pieces and foreign substances remaining in the fixing hole and the V-shaped groove; a process of filling and solidifying an adhesive material in the fixing hole to form a fixing member and forming an end part of the fixing member to be exposed and bent toward the inside of the V-shaped groove; a process of applying a waterproofing agent into the V-shaped groove; and a process of filling a crack repair material into the V-shaped groove.
본 발명은 공동주택과 같은 콘크리트 구조물의 외벽에 생기는 크랙을 안정적으로 보수하는 공법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이에 본 발명에서는 콘크리트 구조물의 외벽 중 크랙이 생긴 부분을 일정한 깊이로 파내어 V홈을 형성하는 공정, 상기 V홈 내의 양쪽에 사선 방향으로 일정한 깊이의 구멍을 내어 정착구멍을 형성하는 공정, 상기 V홈과 상기 정착구멍 내에 잔존하는 콘크리트 파편 및 이물질을 제거하는 공정, 상기 정착구멍 내에 접착성 소재를 충전 및 경화시켜 정착부재를 형성하되 상기 V홈의 안쪽으로 상기 정착부재의 단부를 노출 및 절곡된 상태로 형성하는 공정, 상기 V홈 내에 방수제를 도포하는 공정, 상기 V홈 내에 크랙보수재를 메워서 채우는 공정으로 이루어지는 콘크리트 구조물의 크랙 보수공법을 개시한다.
