The present invention relates to a drain valve structure having a connection pipe connector that can prevent sagging. According to the present invention, in a drain valve including a valve flange body having a flange portion formed thereon, a water supply pipe connected to the valve body, and a packing or gasket, the drain valve structure having a connection pipe connector capable of preventing sagging comprises: a valve flange body (102) having a connection hole (20) formed on one side portion and having a pipe flange (14) having a large diameter; a water supply pipe (106) for supplying water by being coupled to one surface of the pipe flange (14) of the valve flange body (102); and a connection pipe connector (104) interposed between the pipe flange (14) and the water supply pipe (106) and coupled and installed thereto, and having a large diameter. The drain valve structure further comprises a plurality of connection protrusion portions (40) formed on the outer side of the connection pipe connector (104) to fix the connector so that when the connection pipe connector (104) is installed, sagging does not occur in the downward direction.
본 발명은 처짐발생을 방지할 수 있는 연결관접속구를 구비한 제수밸브 구조에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 대구경의 관로 플랜지가 형성된 밸브 플랜지 바디에 설치되는 대구경의 연결과 접속구의 결합 설치시 하방향으로 처짐이 발생하지 않도록 설치하여 수밀 및 유밀을 유지하고 수압을 일정하게 공급할 수 있도록 개선된 처짐발생을 방지할 수 있는 연결관접속구를 구비한 제수밸브 구조에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 플랜지부가 형성된 밸브 플랜지 바디와, 상기 밸브바디에 연결 설치되는 상수관과, 상기 상수관과 밸브 바디 사이에 개재되어 누수를 방지하기 위해 설치되는 패킹 또는 가스켓을 포함하는 제수밸브에 있어서, 일측면부에 접속공(20)이 형성되고, 대구경으로 이루어지는 관로 플랜지(14)가 구비된 상기 밸브 플랜지 바디(102)와; 상기 밸브 플랜지 바디(102)의 관로 플랜지(14)의 일면에 결합 설치되어 상수를 공급하기 위한 상수관(106)과; 상기 관로 플랜지(14)와 상수관(106)의 사이에 개재되어 결합 설치되되, 대구경을 갖는 연결관 접속구(104)를 포함하되, 상기 연결관 접속구(104)의 외측부에 형성되어 상기 연결관 접속구(104)가 설치될 때, 하방향으로 처짐이 발생하지 않도록 고정하기 위한 다수의 접속돌부(40)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.이와 같은, 본 발명의 처짐발생을 방지할 수 있는 연결관접속구를 구비한 제수밸브 구조는, 대구경의 관로 플랜지 설치 작업시 패킹이 처지지 않도록 하고 손쉽게 빠르게 작업할 수 있도록 함으로써 설치공정이 빠르게 되어 생산성이 우수해지는 효과가 있다.본 발명은, 대구경의 관로 플랜지 설치 작업시 관로 플랜지부와 상수관의 밀착력과 수밀성을 우수하게 향상시키고 수압을 일정하게 유지할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
