INSULATION COMPLEX STRUCTURE OF EXTENDED BALCONY
Provided is an expanded balcony insulation composite structure for an apartment house. The expanded balcony insulation composite structure for the apartment house comprises: a balcony having a living room area, an expanded area connected to the living room area, and a wall body formed at an end portion of the expanded area; an installation space unit formed at the floor of the expanded area; a flooring material disposed on an upper portion of the installation space unit; a heat insulating unit inserted into the installation space unit, disposed inside the living room area and having a circulation flow path detachably connected to a hot water flow path through which hot water flows; a hot water supply unit for supplying the hot water having a predetermined temperature to the hot water flow path; and a thermal insulation control unit controlling driving of the hot water supply unit to maintain a reference temperature at which an indoor temperature of an expansion space is preset. An objective of the present invention is to provide the expanded balcony insulation composite structure for the apartment house, which can achieve intelligent thermal insulation.
본 발명은 공동주택용 확장형 발코니 단열복합구조체를 제공한다. 상기 공동주택용 확장형 발코니 단열복합구조체는 거실 영역과, 상기 거실 영역과 연결되는 확장 영역 및 상기 확장 영역의 단부에 형성되는 벽체를 갖는 발코니; 상기 확장 영역의 바닥에 형성되는 설치 공간부; 상기 설치 공간부의 상부에 배치되는 바닥재; 상기 설치 공간부에 삽입되며, 상기 거실 영역의 내부에 배치되어 온수가 흐르는 온수 유로와 탈착 가능하게 연결되는 순환 유로가 내부에 형성되는 단열부; 상기 온수 유로로 일정 온도를 이루는 온수를 공급하는 온수 공급부; 및, 상기 확장 공간의 실내 온도가 기설정되는 기준 온도를 유지하도록 상기 온수 공급부의 구동을 제어하는 단열 제어부를 포함한다.
