The present invention relates to a dual complex waterproof sheet including a semi-hardening urethane waterproof layer and a waterproofing construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the dual complex waterproof sheet including the semi-hardening urethane waterproof layer comprises: a semi-hardening urethane waterproof layer (110) which includes a waterproof composition and is only partly hardened; and an upper sheet (120) laminated on an upper side of the semi-hardening urethane waterproof layer (110). The waterproof composition is a mixture of a main agent including isocyanate end prepolymer and a hardening agent including polyol and modified acrylic resin composition. The upper sheet (120) is made by successively laminating a felt layer (121), an asphalt layer (122), and a protective film layer (123). According to the present invention, the semi-hardening urethane waterproof layer (110) is maintained to be only partly semi-hardened after the construction, and is able to maintain the adhesion between a construction surface and the upper sheet (120) for a long time, maintain flexibility, flexibly respond to changes in the seasons, prevent cracks from being generated in the semi-hardened urethane waterproof layer (110), and maintain the waterproofing performance of the dual complex waterproof sheet for a long time in a stable manner.
본 발명은, 방수 조성물을 포함하여, 일부만 경화되는 반경화 우레탄 방수층(110); 및 상기 반경화 우레탄 방수층(110)의 상부에 적층되는 상부시트(120);를 포함하고, 상기 방수 조성물은, 이소시아네이트 말단 프리폴리머를 포함하는 주제와 폴리올 및 변성 아크릴 수지 조성물을 포함하는 경화제가 혼합된 혼합물이며, 상기 상부시트(120)는, 부직포층(121), 아스팔트층(122) 및 보호필름층(123)이 차례로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 반경화 우레탄 방수층을 포함하는 이중 복합 방수 시트 및 이를 이용한 방수 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 반경화 우레탄 방수층(110)은 시공 후 일부만 경화된 반경화 상태로 유지되어, 시공면과 상부시트(120) 사이의 접착력을 장기간 유지시킬 수 있고, 유연성이 유지되어 계절 변화에 따라 유연하게 대응함으로써 반경화 우레탄 방수층(110) 자체의 크랙이 방지되어 이중 복합 방수 시트에 의한 방수 성능이 장기간 안정적으로 유지될 수 있다.
