The present invention relates to an automatic rooftop door opening control system in case of a fire in an apartment building. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improved automatic rooftop door opening control system in case of a fire in an apartment building that can reduce a cost of building a system by using a cable TV communication network installed in the apartment building to enable management for firefighting, can not only improve the constructability without degradation of performance, but manage and monitor the firefighting facility itself to increase an initial development efficiency by properly operating the firefighting facility during an event of a fire not only in a resting area but also in a playground or the like, and can improve safety by minimizing the fire damage and the casualties.
본 발명은 공동주택의 화재발생시 옥상문 자동개방 제어시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 공동주택에 설치되어 있는 케이블티비 통신망을 활용하여 소방관리가 가능하도록 구성하여 시스템 구축에 따른 비용을 줄일 수 있고, 성능의 저하 없이도 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 소방설비 자체에 대한 관리, 모니터링이 가능하여 쉼터는 물론 놀이터 등에서도 화재 발생시 소방설비가 제대로 작동하여 초기 진화효율을 높일 수 있도록 함으로써 화재 피해 및 인명피해를 최소화시켜 안전성을 강화시키도록 개선된 공동주택의 화재발생시 옥상문 자동개방 제어시스템에 관한 것이다.
