The present invention relates to a composite waterproof structure using a polyurethane coating composition, which can have a waterproof sheet and a coating layer formed on the base surface thereof, but have the coating layer formed of polyurethane as a main agent, to effectively response to a behavior acting on the base surface by elasticity, which is one of the characteristics of polyurethane, thereby increasing waterproof performance. To this end, in the composite waterproof structure, in which a waterproof sheet layer and a coating layer are sequentially stacked on the base surface thereof, the coating layer comprises: a main agent including 40 to 50 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol, 25 to 40 parts by weight of polyether polyol, 15 to 30 parts by weight of polyester polyol, 5 to 10 parts by weight of xylene, and 1 to 2 parts by weight of 1,3-butylene glycol; and a curing agent including 30 to 40 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol, 10 to 20 parts by weight of polypropylene oxide glycol, 20 to 30 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 10 to 15 parts by weight of pozzolan, 5 to 10 parts by weight of talc, 5 to 10 parts by weight of rosin, 3 to 5 parts by weight of a dispersant, and 3 to 5 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent.
본 발명은 폴리우레탄 도막 조성물을 이용한 복합방수구조에 관한 것으로서, 바탕면에 방수시트와 도막층을 형성하되, 도막층을 폴리우레탄을 주제로 형성함으로써, 폴리우레탄의 특성 중 하나인 탄성에 의해 바탕면에 작용하는 거동에 대하여 효과적인 대응성으로 방수성능을 향상시키도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 바탕면에 방수시트층과 도막층이 순차적으로 적층되는 복합방수구조에 있어서, 상기 도막층은 40 ~ 50중량부의 폴리프로필렌 글리콜과, 25 ~ 40중량부의 폴리에테르 폴리올과, 15 ~ 30중량부의 폴리에스테르 폴리올과, 5 ~ 10중량부의 자일렌, 및 1 ~ 2중량부의 1,3부틸렌 글리콜로 조성되는 주제; 및 30 ~ 40중량부의 폴리프로필렌 글리콜과, 10 ~ 20중량부의 폴리프로필렌옥사이드 글리콜과, 20 ~ 30중량부의 탄산칼슘과, 10 ~ 15중량부의 포졸란과, 5 ~10중량부의 탈크와, 5 ~10중량부의 송진과, 3 ~ 5중량부의 분산제, 및 3 ~ 5중량부의 소포제로 조성되는 경화제;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
