SOUNDPROOF WALL CLEANING DEVICE AND SOUNDPROOF WALL CLEANING EQUIPMENT INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a soundproof wall cleaning device and soundproof wall cleaning equipment including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a soundproof wall cleaning device comprises: a brush unit including a cylindrical brush body and a plurality of bristle members disposed to protrude outward along the circumferential surface of the brush body; a brush rotation driving providing unit for rotating the brush unit in the axial direction of the cylindrical brush body; a brush linear driving providing unit for providing a driving force for linearly moving the brush unit in a plane direction of a soundproof wall; a linear guide member for guiding the linear movement of the brush unit; a bristle abrasion detection unit comprising a touch detection sensor provided to detect contact with at least some of the plurality of bristle members, and a sensor driving unit provided to move the touch detection sensor to be closer to or away from the brush unit; and a control unit for controlling the brush rotation driving providing unit, the brush linear driving providing unit, and the sensor driving unit and receiving a touch signal from the touch detection sensor. Therefore, the soundproof wall cleaning device can perform control so that soundproof wall cleaning efficiency is maintained at a predetermined level or higher despite bristle abrasion.
방음벽 청소장치 및 이를 포함하는 방음벽 청소장비에 관한 것으로서, 본원의 일 실시예에 따른 방음벽 청소장치는, 실린더형의 브러시 본체 및 상기 브러시 본체의 둘레면을 따라 둘레 외측으로 돌출되게 배치되는 복수의 모 부재를 포함하는 브러시 유닛; 상기 브러시 유닛을 실린더형의 축 방향을 중심으로 회전시키는 브러시 회전 구동 제공 유닛; 상기 브러시 유닛을 방음벽의 면 방향에 대응하여 선형 이동시키는 구동력을 제공하는 브러시 선형 구동 제공 유닛; 상기 브러시 유닛의 선형 이동을 가이드 하는 선형 가이드 부재; 상기 복수의 모 부재 중 적어도 일부와의 접촉을 감지하도록 제공되는 접촉 감지 센서 및 상기 접촉 감지 센서를 상기 브러시 유닛에 가까워지거나 상기 브러시 유닛으로부터 멀어지도록 이동시킬 수 있게 제공되는 센서 구동 유닛을 포함하는 모 마모 감지부; 및 상기 브러시 회전 구동 제공 유닛, 상기 브러시 선형 구동 제공 유닛, 및 상기 센서 구동 유닛을 제어하고 상기 접촉 감지 센서로부터 접촉 신호를 전달받는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
