Recessed door handle with split replacement structure
The present invention relates to an embedded door handle mounted on an opening/closing door of various drawers or cabinets. More specifically, the embedded door handle for furniture is dividedly formed into a front surface fixture having a front surface portion, a floor portion, and both side portions, and a rear surface fixture having a rear surface portion and an accommodation expansion groove, respectively. Accordingly, both sides and a lower end of the rear surface fixture is configured to be slidably coupled to both inner sides and the bottom surface of the front surface fixture. As a result, since the front surface fixture and the rear surface fixture are separately molded, deformation and warpage of an injection molded product can be minimized, thereby reducing a defect rate. In addition, since colors of the front and rear surface fixtures are different and can be installed in different colors, decorative properties are very good. Since the front or rear surface fixtures can be selectively replaced and assembled, an economical efficiency due to partial replacement is excellent. An internal space in which a user's finger is accommodated is maximized, thereby increasing convenience of use, and at the same time reducing scratches or damage to the inner surface by nails, etc., thereby improving durability and greatly extending a service life.
본 발명은 각종 서랍장이나 캐비닛 등의 개폐도어에 장착되는 매립형 도어손잡이에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가구용 매립형 도어손잡이를 전면부 및 바닥부와 양측부를 갖는 전면고정체와, 배면부 및 수용확장홈을 갖는 배면고정체로 각기 분할 형성하여, 상기 배면고정체의 양측 및 하단이 전면고정체의 내부 양측 및 저면에 슬라이딩 결합되도록 구성함에 따라, 전면고정체와 배면고정체가 각기 분리 성형되므로 사출 성형물의 변형과 휨 등을 최소화할 수 있어 불량률이 감소하는 것이고, 이들 전면고정체와 배면고정체의 색상을 달리 성형하여 이종의 색상으로 조합 설치할 수 있으므로 장식성이 매우 뛰어난 것이며, 전면고정체 혹은 배면고정체를 선택적으로 교체 조립할 수 있어 부분적인 교체로 인한 경제적 효율성이 탁월한 것이고, 사용자의 손가락이 수용되는 내부공간을 극대화하여 사용상의 편리함을 증대시키는 동시에 손톱 등에 의해 내면이 긁히거나 손상되는 것을 감소시켜 내구성 향상 및 사용수명이 크게 연장될 수 있는 것이다.
