The present invention provides a quick-change device capable of facilitating the assembly of a quick coupler and an adapter by solving the problem that the assembly is not possible or internal parts are damaged due to the inexperienced operation of a driver when assembling the quick coupler and the adapter. The quick-change device comprises a quick coupler (100) formed to be coupled to an end of an excavator arm, and an adapter (200) formed to be fastened to one side of an attachment. A guide protrusion (103) is formed to protrude in a transverse direction at any one of the quick coupler (100) and the adapter (200), and at the other one, side plates (221) arranged on left and right sides and a guide slot (221a) formed to be recessed in a vertical direction from the side plates so as to insert the guide protrusion (103) are formed. When the quick coupler (100) and the adapter (22) are fastened, the guide protrusion (103) is inserted to the guide slot (221a), and the assembly of the quick coupler (100) and the adapter (200) in a front-rear direction is guided.
본 발명은 퀵 커플러와 어댑터를 조립할 때 운전자의 조작 미숙으로 인해 조립이 되지 않거나 내부 부품이 파손되는 문제를 해결하고 퀵 커플러와 어댑터의 조립을 용이하게 할 수 있는 퀵 체인지 디바이스를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 굴삭기 암의 단부에 결합되도록 형성되는 퀵 커플러(100); 및 어태치먼트의 일측에 체결되도록 형성되며는 어댑터(200); 를 포함하며, 상기 퀵 커플러(100) 및 어댑터(200) 중 어느 하나에는 좌우 폭방향으로 가이드돌기(103)가 돌출형성되고, 나머지 하나에는 좌우 면에 배치되는 측판(221)과 상기 측판에서 상하방향으로 요입형성되며 상기 가이드돌기(103)가 삽입될 수 있도록 형성되는 가이드슬롯(221a)이 형성되고, 상기 퀵 커플러(100)와 어댑터(200) 체결 시, 상기 가이드돌기(103)가 상기 가이드슬롯(221a)에 삽입됨으로써, 상기 퀵 커플러(100)와 어댑터(200) 간 전후방향 조립이 가이드되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
