PC MOLD ASSEMBLY FOR STAIR UNIT AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PRECAST STAIR UNIT USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to PC-making performed to construct, in an assembly type, a stairway installed in a building. To this end, a mold assembly for manufacturing a stairway unit comprises: a stair mold for forming stairs and stair landings; a side plate mold for forming a side wall of a stairway; and a floor mold for mounting the lower end of the stair mold. The stair mold comprises: a lower mold; an upper mold covering a portion of the upper part of the lower mold while maintaining a constant distance from the lower mold; and a stair landing frame mold placed on the upper part of a lower landing unit and forming an upper stair landing. The lower mold comprises: an upper sloping unit for forming upper stairs; an upper landing unit for forming an upper stair landing; a lower sloping unit for forming lower stairs; a middle landing unit for forming a middle stair landing; and a single mold integrally formed with a lower stepped unit which is located at the lowermost step corresponding to the upper landing unit. The upper mold comprises an assembly mold in which an upper stair piece corresponding to the upper sloping unit, a lower stair piece corresponding to the lower sloping unit, and a longitudinal landing piece corresponding to the middle landing unit, which are dividedly formed, are assembled.
본 발명은 건축물에 설치되는 계단실을 조립식으로 구축시킬 수 있도록 PC화시키는 것에 관한 것으로서, 이를 위한 계단실 유닛 제작용 몰드조립체는, 계단과 계단참을 형성시키기 위한 계단몰드와, 계단실의 측벽을 형성시키기 위한 측판몰드 및, 상기 계단몰드의 하단을 거치시키는 바닥몰드로 이루어지는 것으로서, 상기 계단몰드는, 하부몰드와, 하부몰드와 일정한 간격을 유지하면서 하부몰드 상부의 일부분을 덮어주는 상부몰드 및, 하기의 상참부 상부에 놓여지는 것으로 상부계단참을 형성시키기 위한 계단참테두리몰드로 이루어지되, 상기 하부몰드는, 상부계단의 형성을 위한 상경사부와, 상부계단참의 형성을 위한 상참부와, 하부계단의 형성을 위한 하경사부와, 중간계단참의 형성을 위한 중참부 및, 상참부에 대응하여 최하단에 위치한 하단턱부가 일체로 구성된 단일몰드로 이루어지며, 상기 상부몰드는 분할 구성된, 상경사부에 대응하는 상계단편과, 하경사부에 대응하는 하계단편 및, 중참부에 대응하는 종참편이 조립되는 조립몰드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
