Lining Facilities and Lining Methods for Barrier Layer and Landfill Layer
The present invention relates to lining equipment and a lining method for a barrier layer and a landfill layer, which mix soil and additives at sites such as landfill equipment or reservoirs where the construction of linings is required, to produce lining soil, constructs a lining layer through laying and compaction, and uniformly adjusts the moisture content of a mixture of the soil and the additives, thereby constructing linings with improved barrier and strength characteristics. The lining equipment for a barrier layer and a landfill layer comprises a lining soil builder including: a screen (10) as a soil feeder; an additive feeder (20); a stirrer (30) for stirring and mixing the soil supplied through the soil feeder and the additives supplied through the additive feeder; a blow dispersing device (40) for dispersing the mixed soil stirred through the stirrer; and a diffuser (50) for spraying mixed water onto the mixed soil dispersed in the blow dispersing device (40). The lining soil builder creates lining soil in which the mixed soil and the mixed water are mixed without scattering of the mixed soil. The blow dispersing device includes: a dispersion frame (41) in which an inlet and an outlet are open; and a blow plate (42) and a blowing rod (43) formed in the dispersing frame, and provided as blowing means for dispersing, by blowing, the mixed soil flowing into the dispersing frame.
본 발명은 차수층 및 복토층의 라이닝 시설 및 라이닝 방법에 관한 것으로, 라이닝의 시공이 요구되는 매립시설이나 저수지 등의 현장에서 토사와 첨가제를 혼합하여 라이닝토를 제조하고 포설과 다짐을 거쳐 라이닝층을 시공하며, 토사와 첨가제의 혼합토의 함수율을 균일하게 조성하여 차수와 강도 특성이 우수한 라이닝을 시공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 차수층 및 복토층의 라이닝 시설은, 토사 공급기로 스크린(10)과; 첨가제 공급기(20)와; 상기 토사 공급기를 통해 공급되는 토사와 상기 첨가제 공급기를 통해 공급되는 첨가제를 교반 혼합하는 교반기(30)와; 상기 교반기를 통해 교반된 혼합토를 분산하는 타격 분산대(40)와; 상기 타격 분산대에서 분산되는 혼합토에 혼합수를 살수하는 디퓨저(50)를 포함하여, 혼합토의 비산없이 혼합토와 혼합수를 혼합한 라이닝토를 조성하는 라이닝토 조성기를 포함하며, 상기 타격 분산대는 유입부와 토출부가 개방된 분산틀(41), 상기 분산틀 안에 형성되며 상기 분산틀 안에 유입되는 혼합토를 타격에 의해 분산시키는 타격수단으로 타격판(42), 타격봉(43)을 포함한다.
