The present invention relates to a water meter for backflow prevention, which improves performance by enabling an operation to be performed stably and uniformly when a backflow prevention part is closed and enabling the backflow prevention part to be quickly opened by easily discharging internal air when the backflow prevention part is opened. The water meter comprises a body part. The body part has an impeller part and a metering part installed therein, and includes an inlet through which tap water flows in, an outlet through which the tap water is discharged, and a receiving part which is formed to protrude from an upper end of one side of the outlet and on which the backflow prevention part is mounted. After the backflow prevention part is inserted and mounted in the receiving part, the receiving part is fastened with a stopper. The backflow prevention part includes a cylindrical body, a thick part formed on one side of the cylindrical body and having a plurality of through holes formed at intervals of 90 degrees, a coupling part formed at a front end thereof, and a packing part fitted to the coupling part. A plurality of air discharge grooves are formed at intervals of 90 degrees in a longitudinal direction on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, and a cross-shaped diaphragm part is formed in an inner space. The stopper includes a fastening part fastened to a mounting part, and a guide groove part for supporting and guiding the cylindrical body of the backflow prevention part.
본 발명은 역류방지부의 폐쇄 시 동작이 균일하고 안정되게 작동되도록 하고 개방 시에는 내부 공기를 용이하게 배출하여 신속하게 개방될 수 있도록 하여 성능을 향상시킨 역류방지용 수도미터에 관한 것으로, 내측으로 임펠러부 및 계량부가 장착되며, 수돗물이 유입되는 유입구와, 수돗물이 배출되는 유출구와, 상기 유출구의 일측 상단에 돌출 형성되고 역류방지부가 장착되는 수용부로 이루어진 본체부를 포함하고; 상기 수용부에는 역류방지부가 삽입 장착된 후 마개부로 체결되며, 상기 역류방지부은 원통형 본체와, 상기 원통형 본체의 일측에 형성되며 90도 간격으로 다수개의 통공이 형성되는 두텁부와, 그 선단부에 형성되는 결합부와, 상기 결합부에 끼움 결합되는 패킹부를 포함하고, 상기 원통형 본체의 외주면에는 종방향으로 90도 간격으로 다수개의 공기 배출홈이 형성되고 내부공간에는 십자형 격판부가 형성되며, 상기 마개부는 상기 장착구에 체결되는 체결부와, 상기 역류방지부의 원통형 본체를 지지 안내하는 안내홈부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
