The present invention relates to an eco-friendly coating agent composition for structural steel which is capable of improving the strength, UV resistance, salt damage resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, durability, and the like of a steel structure, and to a method for coating the surface of a steel structure using the composition. Shrinkage or deformation does not occur after the eco-friendly coating agent composition for structural steel of the present invention has been applied to the surface of a steel box girder (2), and thus outstanding shape stability can be exhibited and the surface thereof can be effectively protected. Furthermore, the eco-friendly coating agent composition for structural steel has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, and surface strength, and thus has an advantage in that deterioration due to long-term use is small, thereby extending the lifespan of an object which has been coated.
본 발명은 강구조물의 강도와, 자외선 저항성, 내염해성, 내식성, 내약품성, 내후성, 내열성, 내구성 등을 향상시킬 수 있도록 된 친환경 강재 코팅제 조성물 및 이를 강구조물의 표면에 코팅하는 강구조물 표면 코팅방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 강재 코팅제 조성물은 스틸박스거더(2)의 표면에 도포된 후 수축 또는 변형이 발생하지 않아 형태 안정성이 우수함으로, 스틸박스거더(2)의 표면을 효과적으로 보호할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그리고, 내후성과 내수성 및 표면 강도가 우수하여, 장기간 사용에 따른 열화가 적어 수명을 연장되는 장점이 있다.
