Wire protective cover for telegraph pole
The present invention relates to a wire protection cover for a telegraph pole and, more particularly, to a wire protection cover for a telegraph pole, which can overcome an increase in setting time, a reduction in flexibility of production equipment, and a reduction in production time due to the configuration of a large number of actuators and structural limitations, thereby increasing productivity. A wire protection cover (1000) for a telegraph pole comprises: a lower protection cover having a stopper portion protruding a width and length around an axis so that an upper protection cover seated on an upper protection cover accommodation portion is not detached in an axial direction on a side of the upper protection cover; and the upper protection cover having first and second extension portions folded and assembled to surround a wire, semicircular first and second covers, an elastic portion provided on ends of the first and second covers, and first arc-shaped holding protrusions provided at positions of the outer circumferential surfaces of the ends of the first and second covers to have a width and diameter. A holding protrusion portion (1240) protrudes a width at positions of the axial inner circumferential surfaces of the first and second covers (1210, 1220) to hold a wire (4) not to move in an axial direction while surrounding the same at an axial center. The holding protrusion portion (1240) has: circular sleeves (1241, 1242, 1243) provided on the inside of the semicircular first and second covers and protruding a width on both ends thereof and the inner surface of the elastic portion; and wire holding grooves (1241a, 1242a, 1243a) formed at the axial center of the circular sleeves to hold the wire (4) while surrounding the same.
본 발명은 전신주용 지선 보호커버에 관한 것으로, 특히 많은 수의 액추에이터 구성과 구조적 한계에 기인한 셋팅시간 증가 및 생산설비의 유연성 저하와 생산시간 단축 문제를 극복하여 생산성을 증대할 수 있도록 한 전신주용 지선 보호커버에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 전신주용 지선 보호커버(1000)는, 상보호커버수용부의 내측면 소정위치에는 상보호커버수용부에 안착된 상보호커버가 상보호커버쪽 축방향으로 빠지지 않도록 축중심으로 일정폭과 길이로 돌출된 스토퍼부가 구비된 하보호커버와; 지선을 감싸면서 접철되어 조립되도록 제1,2연장부와, 반원형의 제1,2커버와, 이 제1,2커버의 일단부쪽으로 탄성부를 갖추는 한편, 상기 탄성부가 구비된 제1,2커버의 단부 외주면 소정위치에는 일정폭과 직경으로 이루어진 제1호형걸림턱이 구비된 상보호커버를 포함하고, 상기 제1,2커버(1210,1220)의 축방향 내주면 소정위치에 파지돌기부(1240)가 일정한 폭으로 돌출되어, 축방향 중심의 지선(4)을 감싸면서 축방향으로 이동하지 못하도록 파지되되, 상기 파지돌기부(1240)는, 반원형의 제1,2커버의 내측이면서 양단부 및 탄성부의 내측면에 일정한 폭으로 돌출된 원형힘살리브(1241,1242,1243)와, 이 원형힘살리브의 축방향 중심에 형성되어 지선(4)을 감싸면서 파지하도록 된 지선파지홈(1241a,1242a,1243a)이 구비된 것임.
