According to the present invention, a die with a detachable tie hole comprises: die panels placed at an interval corresponding to the width of a concrete structure; a finish unit which is provided to partially incise the die panels and form an opening unit when the finish unit is removed from the die panels; a fixed unit fixed on the outer wall surface of the die panel so that a penetrating unit communicates with each opening unit, respectively; and a die connection unit which connects the opening unit formed by removing the finish unit from the die panels and the adjacent die panel by passing through the overlapped penetrating unit, respectively. According to the present invention, there is a finish unit which is incised and formed along an outline in a specific shape so that the start point does not meet the end point by laser processing at each position where the die connection unit passes among the facing die panels. In the process of removing the finish unit from the fastening position and reusing the die panels, when the connection position of the die connection unit is different, the relevant opening unit is closed by the finish unit, so the worker can conveniently work and there remains no traces when removing the die.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 탈부착 타이홀을 구비한 거푸집은, 콘크리트 구조물의 폭에 대응되는 간격을 갖도록 대향 배치되는 거푸집 패널; 상기 거푸집 패널을 일부 절개 형성하여 상기 거푸집 패널에서 제거시 개구부가 형성되도록 구비되는 마감부; 상기 거푸집 패널의 외벽면에 고정되며, 상기 개구부마다 관통부가 각각 연통되도록 구비되는 고정부; 및 상기 거푸집 패널에서 상기 마감부를 제거하여 형성된 개구부와, 이와 중첩된 상기 관통부를 각각 통과시켜 이웃한 상기 거푸집 패널과 상호 연결하는 거푸집 연결부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 대향된 거푸집 패널 중 거푸집 연결부가 통과하는 위치마다 레이저 가공에 의해 시작과 끝이 만나지 않도록 특정 형상의 외곽선을 따라 절개 형성한 마감부를 구비하여 체결 위치에서 마감부를 제거하고, 거푸집 패널을 재사용하는 과정에서 거푸집 연결부의 연결 위치가 다른 경우 해당 개구부를 마감부로 폐쇄하여 작업자가 간편하게 작업 가능하면서 탈형시 자국이 남지 않게 하는 효과가 있다.
