GROUT INJECTION SYSTEM USING ULTRASONIC WAVES
The present invention is to provide a grout injection system capable of uniformly mixing cement and water and supplying the grout by providing ultrasonic waves to a chamber accommodating cement and water. The present invention relates to a grout injection system using ultrasonic waves, which comprises: a liquid A supply chamber for receiving and supplying the liquid A in which cement and water are mixed; a first ultrasonicator coupled to the liquid A supply chamber to provide ultrasonic waves to the liquid A supply chamber; a liquid B supply chamber for receiving and supplying the liquid B containing an additive for grouting; and a grout injector for mixing the liquid A supplied from the liquid A supply chamber and the liquid B supplied from the liquid B supply chamber and injecting the mixture into the ground.
본 발명은 시멘트와 물이 혼합된 A액을 수용하고, 공급하는 A액 공급챔버; 상기 A액 공급챔버에 결합되어 상기 A액 공급챔버에 초음파를 제공하는 제1 초음파 제공기; 그라우팅용 첨가제를 포함하는 B액을 수용하고, 공급하는 B액 공급챔버; 및 상기 A액 공급챔버로부터 공급받은 A액 및 상기 B액 공급챔버로부터 공급받은 B액을 혼합하여 지반에 주입하는 그라우트 주입기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 초음파를 이용한 그라우트 주입 시스템에 관한 것이다.
